As a Morgan Stanley Financial Advisor, Portfolio Manager & CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Mr. Palazzolo has spent his career helping people create and implement comprehensive financial plans while investing and managing portfolios. His clients range from individuals to corporations, retirement plans and charitable foundations.

He has extensive experience in developing and implementing fundamental trading strategies utilizing technical analysis & trading. Phil has been a member of The Stickler/Palazzolo Group at Morgan Stanley shortly after establishing himself there in 2001.

Being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner means he has met rigorous certification requirements, which include initial and continuing education, an examination and experience standards. Whether you’re looking for simple financial solutions or the most sophisticated kinds of investments, at Morgan Stanley, we have the experience and strength to help you make them work for you.

Phil graduated from Rutgers University with a Baccalaureate degree in Communication, Information & Library Studies and holds an Associate degree in Business Administration. He has completed the Financial Planning Certificate graduate program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. One of his strongest credentials is that he is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner and he has also agreed to adhere to the CFP® Board’s strict code of ethics and practice standards. He is a Registered Representative (NYSE/FINRA) and a Registered Investment Advisor Agent who is fully licensed to conduct investment and insurance transactions in many states. Continued education is emphasized in order to keep abreast of current tax legislation as it relates to each client’s specific financial strategy.

Phil has continued to develop his financial consulting business focusing on estate planning strategies, business planning and portfolio design. In developing a comprehensive financial strategy, Phil emphasizes the importance of a long-term, trusting relationship. Working hand in hand with clients to help them accomplish their personal goals and objectives. Once designed, the strategies are then implemented and maintained through Morgan Stanley. Strategies are evaluated at review meetings, which occur at least annually to ensure the focus is maintained relative to the clients changing goals.

As part of a full-service, global financial services firm, Phil has ready access to a wealth of resources. His clients have access award-winning equity research and its world-class investment banking and asset management capabilities. In addition, he can offer a comprehensive range of financial products and services, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, insurance, lending, tax-exempt investments, retirement and personal trust services, financial planning, estate planning strategies, professional portfolio management, credit products, and online services.

Phil has earned a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and has passion for art history, lead guitar, surfing/skateboarding, ballroom dance and traveling.

The individuals mentioned as a Portfolio Manager are Financial Advisors with Morgan Stanley participating in the Morgan Stanley Portfolio Management program. The Portfolio Management program is an investment advisory program in which the client’s Financial Advisor invests the client’s assets on a discretionary basis in a range of securities. About Don Janevski

Don Janevski is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in New Jersey.

Don began his career in financial services in 2003 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2015 as an Associate Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Mortgage Loan Consultant and a Mortgage Product Specialist with Silver Financial Capital Group, as well as a Branch Manager with First Lenders Mortgage.

Don is a graduate of the Montclair State University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management. He lives in Emerson, NJ with his family. Outside of the office, Don enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising and painting.

About Mary Beth Powers

Mary Beth Powers is Executive Director and Trust Specialist for Morgan Stanley covering the New York Metro region, responsible for presenting Morgan Stanley’s third-party trustee partner platform to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Financial Advisors, clients and prospects. Leveraging the capabilities of our trust company partners, Mary Beth assists to identify appropriate fiduciary solutions, which are essential to the management, preservation and transfer of accumulated wealth. This process includes coordination with the client’s financial, legal and tax advisors to ensure proper trust planning implementation.

Mary Beth has worked in the trust and estate services industry for over thirty years, primarily handling trust new business opportunities. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mary Beth spent ten years as a senior vice president and regional trust specialist with Citigroup Trust in NYC.

Mary Beth received a Bachelor of Science from Seton Hall University, South Orange, New Jersey and is Series 7 and 63 licensed. She resides with her husband and family in Blauvelt, New York.

About Mark Jansen

Mark Jansen is a Family Office Resources Generalist for Morgan Stanley’s Family Office Resources, covering the Southeast Region. In this capacity, Mark provides specialized expertise to Financial Advisors and their UHNW clients across a broad range of family wealth management issues including; family governance and wealth education, strategic estate and financial planning, philanthropy management and lifestyle advisory. Mark has over 30 years of experience advising wealthy families, business owners, and their children.

Most recently, Mark worked with New York Life in their Advanced Planning Group working with agents and their UHNW clients advising them on estate and legacy planning, business buy sell planning, and succession planning. Prior to New York Life, Mark held similar Advanced Planning Consulting roles in several National financial organizations. He originally started his career in the financial services industry in the tax department of the public accounting firm Grant Thornton. He is known for taking complex ideas and making them easy to understand. Frequently speaking to groups and individuals on estate and business planning, he brings a conversational style that helps to clarify the complex nature of these topics.

Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University in Collegeville MN, received his JD degree Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota and his CPA license while working at Grant Thornton. He holds a Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses. He currently lives in Richmond Virginia with his wife and occasionally one of their 6 children.
