As a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, my focus to is to build an exceptional wealth management experience for ultra-high-net-worth clients. I help business owners, executives and cross border families with multi-generational wealth planning. I have experience in working with non-U.S. resident clients (NRAs) and the complexities of cross-border planning, including structuring, opening, investing, and working with foreign clients on offshore holding companies, irrevocable trusts, and foreign trusts.

For business owners, I have a disciplined process that helps at each stage of monetization. Whether it's estate strategies, tailored lending, middle market investment banks, philanthropy management or other tax advantaged strategies, I'm here to help. I work closely with every client I serve to identify their goals and values to create comprehensive financial plans.

    As a Wealth Management Associate, Jenn has experience in opening domestic and foreign accounts, including individual, retirement plans, offshore corporations, private holding companies, and domestic and foreign trusts. She helps manage the on-boarding process, client service requests, wires, transfers, internal journals, and updating account information. Jenn takes pride in helping clients overcome financial operational obstacles to ensure a seamless client experience. She provides clients with essential information to help safeguard their assets and monitors client accounts for suspicious activity. Jenn enjoys helping clients feel confident about their financial decisions.

    Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Jenn worked at Citibank for 11 years as a Citigold Relationship Manager. She holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, as well as the Life insurance license. She earned a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from University of California, Riverside. Jenn speaks English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, and conversational Shanghainese.

    Jenn grew up in Shanghai and moved to California in 2003. Outside of the office, she enjoys meeting new friends and vacation time in Shanghai with her family.
