About John Perry

John D Perry, Managing Director - Family Wealth Director, is a member of Morgan Stanley's Chairman's Club which is a distinction made for the top 3% of advisors within our firm. John brings over 20 years of wealth management experience to the Perry Wealth Management Group's clients. He is among the select few Financial Advisors to have earned Morgan Stanley's designation of Family Wealth Director, an industry leading designation that demonstrates that he met rigorous and high standards of delivering depth of experience and breadth of knowledge in wealth planning and investment advice to the most affluent clients. Prior to being recruited to Morgan Stanley in 2009, John was at JP Morgan Private Bank and Goldman Sachs as a Financial Advisor and Investment Professional respectively. John has been named in Barron's Top Advisor Rankings, honored as an IBJ 40 Under 40, Indy's Best and Brightest, and was featured in the magazine and website On Wall Street at number one on their Top 40 Under 40 list. John is currently a member of the Fixed Income and Equities Institutional Middle Markets program focusing on the needs of depository institutions, money managers, insurance companies, and hedge funds.

John has his MBA from Butler University and is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana, where he earned a B.S. in Finance, Real Estate & International Business. He currently serves on the board of the Goodwill Industries Foundation, the Board of Visitors for the Butler University Business School - Current Board Chair, and the Accelerator Advisory Panel for Butler University. He is also an Advisory member of the Student Managed Investment Fund.

John resides in Westfield, Indiana and enjoys spending time with his wife, Jordanna, and three children: Jack, Elly, and Gracy. He completed his first Ironman competition in 2016, and continues to maintain an active lifestyle running, playing tennis, and skiing.

About Lee Sperling

Lee Sperling is an Executive Director – Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. He covers clients across the country with a specific emphasis on the South and Midwest Regions. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Lee was an ED in the Global Investment Opportunities Group and served as Vice President on the Foreign Exchange and Commodity trading desk at J.P. Morgan, generating investment ideas across all currencies and commodities for Private Bank clients. Lee spent 17 years working in the hedge fund industry. He spent over four years at Elliott Associates, where he worked on both a macro portfolio, as well as the global energy portfolio, both in a trading and investment idea generating role. From 1997 to 2015, Lee was a trader and Portfolio Manager at Caxton Associates, overseeing the Asian trading desk before being selected to manage a global macro fund.

Lee graduated from Lehigh University in 1994 with a B.S. in Finance from the School of Business and Economics. He and his wife, Kelly, live in Scarsdale NY with their two sons, Cole and Henry. His family has a rescue dog named Carly (Beagle/Retriever mix we think). Having grown up in Colorado, Lee enjoys skiing and is a die-hard Bronco fan. He loves to play golf, though admits he doesn’t “tend to do particularly well.”

About Chris Tharp

Chris Tharp is a Senior Vice President – Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley.

Chris has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry in private wealth management, branch management and financial advisory. Chris has been with Morgan Stanley for 13 years after starting his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co where he worked in New York City, Chicago and Tokyo. In 2025, Chris was named to Morgan Stanley’s prestigious Century Club, an elite group of our firm’s Financial Advisors. This accolade recognizes Chris’ consistent excellence in helping clients achieve their personal and financial goals. About Ellen Zawacki

Ellen is an Investment Consultant at Morgan Stanley. She has 22 years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career at Capital Group where she enjoyed a variety of roles including asset management sales and asset management sales leadership. Ellen joined Morgan Stanley and the Perry Wealth Management team in 2024.

Ellen partners with clients and prospects by understanding their circumstances and objectives, to provide individualized, highly strategic Investment consulting. She is passionate about investing and helping clients reach their financial goals.

Ellen grew up in Iowa and graduated from Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa with a BBA in Finance. She and her husband Joel live in Indianapolis, IN with their two sons.

Ellen spends much of her time chasing their boys and in her free time enjoys anything Peloton, trying new restaurants and traveling with family and friends.

She volunteers as a board member at Children’s TherAplay in Carmel, IN.

For over 23 years, Elizabeth has been focusing on the needs and concerns of clients in the financial industry. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2008 and is currently the Group Director for Perry Wealth Management. As Group Director, Elizabeth helps shape the vision of client service and business management for the team.

Elizabeth has her 7, 63 and 65 licenses. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Elizabeth currently lives in Carmel, IN with her husband, Michael. They have two sons, James and Henry.

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys Pilates, volunteering with her church, reading and spending time with friends and family.

About Josh Miller

Josh Miller, Business Development Associate - Josh began his professional finance career in 2014, joining Morgan Stanley in the operations department handling the inflow and outflow of funds, processing documents, and dealing directly with Morgan Stanley clients on all fronts. Upon completing the securities registration requirements (Series 7 and Series 66), Josh left his operational role and joined Perry Wealth Management in 2016. Josh looks to help further the extension of service and efficiency for any and all client needs.

Josh graduated from Bethel College (Mishawaka, IN) in 2012, where he earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice. Upon graduation from college, he spent two years teaching math at an alternative high school in Elkhart, Indiana.

Josh currently lives in Bargersville, IN with his wife, Rachel. Josh and Rachel have 3 boys ages 7 and under.

Josh is actively involved within his faith community on the southside of Indianapolis. Josh enjoys all things music, sports, reading, and running.

About Linda Mulcahy

Linda began her career in 1987 with UBS in New York City where she focused on delivering a high level of personalize service to a select group of clients. In 1994, Linda moved to Indianapolis and joined Smith Barney. She briefly left the industry late 2001, to stay home with her 2 young daughters. She rejoined the industry when her youngest entered school in 2006. Linda joined Morgan Stanley in 2013 with her area of focus including administrative duties, client communications along with proactive service and operations. Linda has her Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses.

A native of New York, Linda graduated from Hartwick College, Oneonta NY with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Management. She has 2 adult daughters and currently resides in Indianapolis. Active in the community, Linda serves of the Board of National Junior Tennis and Learning of Indianapolis as the Vice President, a cooking instructor for Cooking Matters serving low income adults and a Purdue Extension Master Gardener along with volunteering at her church. When away from the office and volunteer activities, Linda enjoys playing tennis, cooking, traveling and gardening.

Jill joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 with over 20 years of industry experience. She has enjoyed a variety of roles which include client service, administrative responsibilities and operations management. Jill holds her Series 7, 66 and 9/10 licenses.

Jill was born and raised in Cincinnati. She graduated cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with a B.A. in psychology. She and her husband, Tim have called Indianapolis home for over 20 years. In her free time, Jill enjoys running, skiing, Pilates, cooking and travel.
