About Thomas Perrone
As founder of the Perrone Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley, Tom is the visionary of the group and primarily responsible for the oversight of client relationships and investment management. He focuses on working with individuals and businesses to help them achieve their financial goals.
Tom has been in the financial services industry since 1993 and has worked at Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms since 2000. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Tom was a financial advisor at Hilliard Lyons. He has completed the Series 7, 63 and 65 examinations, and he holds life and health insurance licenses in several states. He received the Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM (CRPS®) designation in 2011 and Corporate Retirement Director in 2014. Tom has been recognized by Barron's as a top 1,200 Financial Advisor from 2014-2023.
A native of Louisville, Tom graduated from St. Xavier High School and the University of Kentucky. Tom is actively involved in the community. He currently serves on the board of directors of Kids Cancer Alliance and Assumption High School's finance committee .
Tom and his wife Shelley have four children — Victor, Emily, William and Maggie. Tom is an avid runner and has enjoyed competing in marathons throughout the country, including five New York City Marathons and three Boston Marathons.

About Brett Mahle
Brett is a Certified Financial Planner™ and NFLPA Registered Institutional Player Financial Advisor with the Perrone Wealth Management Group. His primary focus is on Financial Planning, investment management, equity and fixed income research and portfolio analysis. Brett has worked with the Perrone Group since 2006 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Dayton in 2001. While at University of Dayton, Brett competed as a member of the Dayton Flyer football team. He is a native of Dayton, OH and has strong ties to the Miami Valley.
Brett and his wife Megan have three daughters Tatum, Marin, and Larkin. He enjoys golf, exercising and spending time with family and friends. Brett competed in the 2019 Ironman Triathlon.

Will is an Investment Consultant at The Perrone Wealth Management Group, where he enjoys working with high net worth individuals and families to help ensure they have a solid understanding of their finances and an integrated approach to managing their wealth. He is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals, which often include planning for a successful retirement, financing a major acquisition and managing taxes through advanced asset management strategies.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms in 2009, Will played 13 seasons in the National Football League with the Buffalo Bills, Indianapolis Colts and Pittsburgh Steelers, appearing in three Super Bowls and three Pro Bowls. He served as a color analyst for the Indianapolis Colts Radio Network until 2013. From 2002 to 2008, Will cohosted the local “Bob and Will” radio show with Bob Valvano.
Born and raised in Louisville, Will is a firm believer in giving back. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and St. Xavier High School, he was the former Head Football Coach of the St. X Tigers, where he enjoyed shaping the young men in our community to become strong, productive men through his love of football. Will also serves on the board of the Louisville Metro Police Foundation. He and his wife, Jude, have three daughters, Grace, Lauren and Bridget.

Heather has been an integral member of the Perrone Wealth Management Group since 2005. Managing the administrative and operational activities of the group, she works to improve and implement procedures that benefit clients and enhance their experience. Her primary focus is client service and management of day-to-day operations.
Heather joined the firm in 1999 and has completed the Series 7, 63 and 66 examinations. She and her husband Shawn have three children - Kamari, Riley and Reece. Born and raised in Louisville, Heather enjoys spending time with her extended family and friends and serving as treasurer on the Christian Academy of Louisville Southwest PTO board.

Joining the Perrone Wealth Management Group in October 2013, Ed has a diverse financial background. Hired by First Security National Bank & Trust after graduation, he spent several years as a Private Banker. He was a bank President and Director of Bank of Harlan for nearly two decades and worked in the Finance Department of the Keeneland Association Inc.
Ed has a comprehensive understanding of cash and fixed income management and is responsible for administration of the Group's investment models and much of the day-to-day trading.
A native of Lexington, Ed maintains strong ties to his community. He received his degree in Business Administration Finance from the University of Kentucky.
Ed has completed the Series 7 and 66 exams and has both his life, health and long-term care insurance licenses in several states. Ed and his wife Racheal have four children Richard, Laura, Meredith and Madison.

Amy and her husband Terry have two daughters at home, Alyssa and Mady and two grown children, Michael and Ashley. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteering with local programs like Special Olympics.

A native of Louisville, Victor grew up in a household dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals. His father, a successful Financial Advisor with more than 25 years of industry experience, taught him first-hand the power of financial security and inspired Victor to pursue a profession that would combine his desire to help and educate others with his fascination for the markets.
Upon graduating from The University of Kentucky in May 2019 with a B.B.A. degree and double major in Finance and Accounting, Victor officially joined his father and colleagues at The Perrone Wealth Management Group. He has completed his Series 7 and 66 exams and is focused on assisting clients in the achievement of their financial goals.
The oldest of four children, Victor enjoys spending time with his siblings. An avid golfer, Victor played in high school and was a member of the 2014 Kentucky State Championship Team. He enjoys cooking and loves spending time at his family’s lake house boating, fishing and building campfires.

Christiana Kaster is the newest member of the Perrone Wealth Management team and has been with Morgan Stanley for 1 year. Her primary focus will be operations and day-to-day activities. In Will's free time, he spends time at the lake boating and relaxing. He is an avid golfer, and while he no longer runs competitively, he still enjoys running recreationally. Will roots for all Kentucky sports and the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds.
