About James Valley

James Vallery is a Senior Vice President with more than two decades of experience in wealth management. As a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, he focuses on developing tailored financial planning and investment strategies designed to address each client’s unique goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, cash flow objectives, and evolving priorities. James works with individuals, families, retirees, high-net-worth clients, business owners, and multi-generational families across the country. He understands that financial decision-making can be deeply personal, especially during periods of market uncertainty, and helps clients stay focused on their long-term goals through thoughtful planning, disciplined investment management, and comprehensive asset allocation strategies. Through a personalized approach, James helps clients and their families pursue their financial goals with clarity and confidence.



James studied finance and economics at the University of Utah. After graduating, he began his career with H.D. Vest Financial Services in Irving, Texas, where he spent seven years advising CPAs on how to integrate financial planning, investment management, and insurance solutions into their practices. He later joined JPMorgan as an Investment Product Specialist, supporting the Desert Mountain region. In that role, James partnered with regional and market directors to lead advisor development, training, and business initiatives, while educating advisors on financial markets, portfolio construction, strategic and tactical asset allocation, risk management, manager selection, and retirement planning. During his 16-year tenure with JPMorgan Wealth Management, James advanced to Senior Vice President, Private Client Advisor, and earned national recognition for his accomplishments.



Outside of work, James enjoys dirt biking, mountain biking, boating, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. He and his wife, Sarah, live in Anthem, Arizona, and have four children. James is also deeply committed to community involvement, having spent more than 15 years coaching youth soccer, basketball, and flag football. Through coaching, he has helped support the development of local youth while building meaningful connections with his family and the broader community.

About Scott Weger

Scott A. Weger, First Vice President, serves as Risk Officer for the Arizona Sub-Market. The Sub-Market consists of the Phoenix, Peoria, and Prescott Branches. Scott is responsible for mitigating risk for clients, Financial Advisors and the firm, while delivering a great client experience. Scott has been with Morgan Stanley since 2018. Previous to his current role, he held a management role as a Business Service Manager, responsible for managing the service organization in the Morgan Stanley Scottsdale Branch.

Scott brings over 25 years of Financial Services industry experience, ranging from back-office broker/dealer operations, managing several branches, working within the Financial Crimes Division, and to include having worked with FINRA (formally NASD), as a Senior Compliance Examiner in the greater Los Angeles California Region.

Finally, Scott recently retired as an Air Force Master Sergeant, proudly serving 20+ years within the US Military. His last assignment, before retirement, was a Client Systems Manager, serving as the Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of the Communications Focal Point (CFP), 147th Combat Communications Squadron, Air National Guard Station, San Diego, California. His medals garnered include the Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, Navy Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal with Mobilization Device, and then lastly winning the coveted California’s Senior NCO Service Member of the Year Award in 2018.

About Traci Marchi

Traci Marchi brings more than 25 years of financial services experience to her role as a Branch Manager. Most recently she was the Associate Market Manager for the Morgan Stanley Beverly Hills Market which included 136 Financial Advisors - Graystone, International, PWM and Core across 4 branches in 3 locations. She has expertise in helping Financial Advisors and their teams manage and grow their practices to achieve meaningful success and serve their clients with excellence.

Traci began her career as a Client Service Associate at Smith Barney in 1998, working with large advisor teams. She transitioned into management in 2012 as a Business Service Officer in Beverly Hills and then a Market Business Service Officer in 2014 in San Diego where she had the opportunity to become immersed in the International Wealth Management business. In 2021, Traci moved back to Beverly Hills to take on the Associate Market Manager role.

Traci earned her Bachelor of Arts in French Linguistics from University of California, Santa Barbara. She enjoys playing tennis, cooking and traveling.
