My Story and Services

Paul Gladkowski has spent 17 of his 22-year financial services industry career working with the clients and advisors of the CWS Group. While Paul’s role on the team has evolved, his focus on improving the financial lives of his clients has not. Financial planning, asset allocation and risk management all remain at the core of his investment process. Paul leverages the vast resources of Morgan Stanley along with the experience of the team’s senior partners to tailor portfolios and assist clients in achieving their financial goals.

Paul joined the team at Deutshe Bank in 2004 and moved with them to Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in 2014. His initial responsibilities as a consulting group analyst included asset allocation modeling, risk analysis, performance analysis and performance reporting. He was also the point person for creating and maintaining clients customized financial plans.

Paul earned a B.S. in business management, finance from Towson University, and a Master of Science in finance from Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business and Management. Outside the office, he supports a variety of Baltimore- and Maryland-based charitable organizations. He also serves as the volunteer parent team manager for his son’s soccer team. Paul lives in Towson, Maryland with his wife, Kristin, and their son, Owen.

Helping You Plot A Course to Success

My goals-based approach focuses on you and your family – where you are today and where you want to go. Working together, I develop the strategies to get you there while navigating life’s challenges and helping you make more informed and confident decisions about your wealth.
    Icon Image
    Introduction
My goal is to make your situation better, while never getting in the way of relationships you have cultivated with professionals you trust. In our initial conversation, I listen carefully to understand your current financial concerns. To determine how we can add value, we schedule a face-to-face meeting and request important financial information.
    Icon Image
    Discovery
We continue our initial dialogue, learning about the values that shape your decisions and identifying any circumstances unique to your situation. I review the documents you prepared and prioritize the goals you want to achieve. I collect all this information so we can analyze it and determine if we are the best fit for your situation.
    Icon Image
    Analysis
In this step, I study your situation to recommend the best possible long-term strategy for you and your family. I may determine another team is better aligned with your particular goals and will offer to make an introduction. Or I may have the skills, knowledge, and experience to serve your unique needs. Either way, I am confident I can help you and will communicate with you promptly.

    Plan Development
If we agree to move forward, I'll build upon my initial analysis, utilizing sophisticated planning and risk analysis tools to identify appropriate strategies and solutions. I'll also run various “what if” scenarios, stress-testing each recommendation so we can formalize a comprehensive wealth management plan that aims to align your goals and priorities with your timeframes and risk parameters.
    Icon Image
    Presentation & Implementation
Here, I present your personalized plan in detail with the goal of answering three critical questions: 1) What you should do, 2) Why you should do it and 3) What it will cost to do it with me. When, and only when we both agree that we have a plan that works for you, will I begin to implement the strategies presented. I believe in full transparency and will keep you involved each step of the way.
