How We Work With Clients

Our four-step process is designed to gain a deep understanding of your financial situation and what matters most to you, allowing us to provide thoughtful guidance, personalized advice, and strategies aligned with your long-term goals.

  1. Introductory Conversation
We begin with an introductory call or meeting to learn more about you, your financial situation, and your long-term goals. This conversation allows us to understand how we may be able to add value and determine whether working together is the right fit.
  2. Financial Planning Discovery Meeting
Next, we schedule a discovery meeting to gather the information needed to develop a comprehensive financial plan. This includes reviewing your assets, income, current investments, long-term objectives, and undestanding what is most important to you.
  3. Financial Plan & Investment Strategy Review
We present your financial plan and review the recommended investment strategy. During this meeting, we walk through the plan together, discuss potential scenarios, and ensure the strategy aligns with your goals and priorities.
  4. Implementation & Ongoing Guidance
Once a strategy is agreed upon, we coordinate the implementation of your plan and investment portfolio. We maintain long-term relationship through regular reviews and proactive communication to ensure your strategy evolves as your life, goals, and markets change.

If you are interested in learning more about how we may be able to guide you, we would welcome the opportunity to start a conversation.

The Clients We Serve

We work with individuals and families to navigate the financial decisions that shape their long-term wealth through thoughtful financial planning, disciplined investment strategies, and proactive guidance.

While every client's situation is unique, we intentionally work with a select group of individuals and families who value thoughtful advice and a long-term approach.

Many of the individuals and families we serve typically fall into the following categories:

  • Corporate executives and professionals
  • Individuals approaching or living in retirement
  • Business owners and entrepreneurs
  • HIgh-net-worth individuals and families focused on long-term wealth planning

Retirement Planning & Income Strategy

Retirement planning has been a central focus of Paul's work since the beginning of his career. Preparing for retirement is not simply a financial exercise — it is one of life's most significant transitions. In many ways, retirement planning is both financial and psychological, requiring thoughtful preparation for both the numbers and the lifestyle that comes with this next chapter.

Over the course of his career, Paul has worked closely with individuals and families preparing for retirement, helping them develop strategies designed to generate sustainable income while preserving long-term wealth.

Key questions often include:
-What do you plan to do with your time in retirement?
-What will your typical day look like?
-How much income will you need?
-How will your lifestyle change?
-How can your assets support the retirement you envision?
-How can you generate income from your assets efficiently?

Through thoughtful financial planning and disciplined investment management, Paul works with clients to develop strategies designed to bring clarity, direction, and confidence as they approach retirement.

If you are approaching retirement or simply want to ensure you are on the right path, we welcome the opportunity to start a conversation and help you prepare for this next chapter with clarity and confidence.
