Educating clients on the basics of financial planning and investment strategy is my passion. As a CFP® and Family Wealth Advisor, I am trained in comprehensive planning and understanding family finances and dynamics. I work with a wide range of couples and families, but I am especially enthused about  working closely with women who may not have been actively involved in the management of their finances in the past, but are interested in understanding their financial picture going forward. My financial planning process is focused on meeting your individual life goals,  working closely with you from asset accumulation through distribution. First, we work together to define your short and long term objectives, whether its education for kids or grandkids, retirement, or philanthropy. Next,  we create an investment strategy, aligned with your risk tolerance, to achieve those objectives.  We manage and monitor those investments over the long term. And last, we develop a distribution or income plan to sustain you through retirement and into legacy  planning.I started my career as a Financial Advisor in 2006,  after a successful 23 year career in the high tech industry, working for Hewlett Packard/Agilent. I have lived in Santa Rosa for 35 years,  and enjoy the outdoor activities our region has to offer, spending my free time and energy on cycling, hiking, camping and swimming. I also regularly visit the cities close to us, as I am an avid sports fan, enjoying  Warriors and Giants games, and a patron of the arts, attending musicals, plays, concerts and art galleries in San Francisco.
