Stephanie brings more than two decades’ experience to managing the operational and service elements of the practice. She believes relationship building and a deep understanding of her clients’ financial picture is key to meeting their day-to-day needs and preferences but also to anticipating problems and identifying appropriate solutions.

A graduate of California State University, Stanislaus with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Stephanie grew up on a large almond farm in the Central Valley of California and relocated to Louisville in 1998 where she met and married her husband, Paul. They have two wonderful children, Brenna and Arik, and one four-legged child, Milo, who is admittedly Stephanie’s favorite.

The primary contacts at each of MMI’s 207 member firms were eligible to vote to determine the winners. Nominations were reviewed and evaluated to determine finalists June 2024 - July 2024.
