    About Me

    Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Will worked for Merrill Lynch and Captarget in Mergers and Acquisitions. Will focuses on building new relationships and providing solutions to the principals of publicly as well as privately held businesses across the country. Will helps create a distinctive experience for each of his clients by delivering a “Personal CFO Process” that has been developed to help protect, grow and transfer assets per the goals and objectives of his most valued households. Some of the items Will focuses on is Executive Financial Services specifically setting up 10b5-1 plans, Exchange funds, and Tax efficient strategies for investing. Will is a graduate from University of California, San Diego with a degree Economics with Minor in Business from The Rady School of Management. During his time on campus, Will sat on the Student Board of the UCSD Endowment Fund assisting the University with liquidity management and allocation of funds for student services. Finally, Will is currently a member of the Financial Planning Association. William originally hails from Santa Barbara, CA and enjoys hiking, golfing and surfing.

    About Me

    For nearly four decades, Charlie Palmer has helped families and individuals grow, preserve, and transfer wealth as they transition through the various stages in their lives.

    He has guided them and counseled them through all kinds of market environments, helping them navigate both bull and bear markets and helping them adapt to changes in the world around us.

    Charlie began his career as a financial advisor in 1979.  Prior to that, he taught History in college.   During his academic career, he won several awards, including two Fulbrights.   He chose a career in academia and financial services, instead of a career as a research analyst, because he enjoys working with and helping people. He attends North Coast Church in Vista and enjoys traveling, music, puzzles and games, and anything to do with the peoples and countries of the former Yugoslavia. Charlie and his wife DeDe are approaching their 50th anniversary and have two children and one granddaughter.
