Marco Antonio Olea is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previous to joining Morgan Stanley he worked at Wells Fargo Advisors, Wachovia Securities, Lloyds TSB Bank plc and the National Fund for Regional Development.

Gabriel Porzecanski is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Previous to joining Morgan Stanley he gained experience in a span of 3 decades in wealth management, investment banking and capital markets at Wells Fargo Advisors, HSBC Private Bank, Citigroup, Banco Santander and Bank Boston working in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Gabriel is a board member and former President of the Beth David Congregation, a synagogue and school in central Miami. Carlos Candia is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. For the past 16 years and prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Carlos developed and managed a wealth management book of business focused in Latin America working for Wells Fargo Advisors, HSBC Private Bank and UBS Private Bank. In this capacity he has extensive experience in the region working out of New York, Zurich and Miami, where he is based today.
