Michele O’Connor has dedicated her entire career to serving the financial needs of individuals, families and small business owners in the Boston area and throughout the world. Her comprehensive approach includes a thorough planning process, customized strategic solutions and a commitment to providing outstanding service and advice. Michele is proud to be a vital member of Morgan Stanley's Boston market, having been part of the firm’s history and its predecessor brands for more than 25 years.

Michele has received numerous distinctions and professional accolades throughout her career. Most recently in February 2025 she was ranked #2 as Forbes Best-In-State Top Woman Wealth Advisors for Massachusetts-Boston and finished as Morgan Stanley’s Top Women Wealth Advisor in New England by Forbes/SHOOK. She was named to Morgan Stanley's prestigious Chairman's Club in 2025 an elite group of the Firm's top 225 Financial Advisors. In April 2024, she was ranked #15 in Massachusetts-Boston on the Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors List. Her accomplishments include ranking #116 as Forbes' 2021 America's Top Woman Wealth Advisors and she was named to Morgan Stanley's Financial Advisor Advisory Council FAAC as one of eighteen in 2021. Michele earned Morgan Stanley's distinguished designation of Managing Director in 2021. She is an alumni board member to Morgan Stanley's New York-Metro Region LIFT council, a peer-to-peer network dedicated to helping women achieve success. She is a member of CHIEF.

Michele has been committed to continuing education to create a more powerful client experience. In 1999, Michele earned the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®), in 2015 she was chosen as an International Client Advisor (ICA) and in 2018 she earned the title Senior Portfolio Management Director from Morgan Stanley. She is a graduate of Syracuse University and earned her M.B.A. from Suffolk University.

Michele works diligently to demystify the investment and planning process by understanding her clients’ goals and values and articulating the key activities they need to accomplish to help achieve their specific financial vision. Most importantly, she focuses on creating long-term and trusting relationships with her clients to help them simplify their lives, so they may pursue their passions and enjoy the wealth they have created.

Born in Cambridge and raised in Brookline, Michele lives in Hingham with her husband. Together, they have six children, two now in college. She is a member of the West Dennis Yacht Club, an alumni member of the Chi Omega Fraternity and is a former Executive Board member of the Hingham Mothers Club.

Michele was a dedicated Syracuse University Football Parent where her son wore the #48 jersey for two seasons as an outside linebacker on the team. When she is not assisting clients or actively volunteering, Michele and her family enjoy a family rivalry as passionate fans of the Boston College Eagles football team where her daughter attends. On weekends, she enjoys spending time boating at her summer home in Cape Cod and snow skiing in Stowe, Vermont.

About Elle O'Connor

Elle O’Connor joined Morgan Stanley in 2020 as an Analyst in the Branch Analyst program. In 2022 she was the Eaton Vance New England Internal wholesaler covering Northern CT, MA, and RI. Since then, she has returned to Morgan Stanley as a Wealth Management Associate.

Elle earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the Pennsylvania State University. She is currently an MBA candidate at the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Elle holds the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 Licenses.

Elle grew up on the South Shore in Hingham, Massachusetts and now lives in the Financial District of Boston. She is currently a member of the Young Professionals network for the Expect Miracles Foundation. In her free time, she enjoys cycling at Equinox, skiing in Stowe, Vermont, and spending time with her dog.

Christopher O’Connor joined Morgan Stanley in 2023 as a Client Relationship Analyst which focuses on the development and growth of the business as well as servicing clients while understanding their investment objectives.

Christopher graduated from The University of Arizona with a degree in Economics and a minor in Sports Management. Christopher currently resides in Hingham, Massachusetts. He enjoys visiting the cape and the islands in the summer, going to the Waste Management Phoenix Open every February, and riding his Honda Ruckus around the South Shore.
