About Me

I was raised by my mother in Staten Island, New York.  After earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the College of Staten Island in 2004, I started my career in public accounting and earned my CPA designation before joining the UBS Alternative and Quantitative Investment group, part of the portfolio management and logistics team in New York City.  In 2011, I was asked to join UBS’ Park Avenue-based Private Wealth Management group where for over six years I focused on developing asset allocations, managing and trading investment portfolios, providing customized solutions and premier service to our ultra-high net worth clientele.  While with this group, I earned a certificate from the Private Wealth Executive Education Program at the Wharton School of Business.  During my tenure, I also earned my Chartered Financial Analyst designation.  Interested in what drives human investment decisions and behavior, I took the next step beyond modern portfolio theory and earned my Behavioral Financial Advisor designation.  My intention is to help my clients make rational, values-based decisions as they confront inevitable market uncertainty.  In 2017, I saw an opportunity to join Morgan Stanley.  I chose to work in their Paramus, New Jersey office where I can actively manage my practice and be closer to home.  Invested in my community, I’ve devoted time over the past several years to raise money for local charities, manage events in my town of Glen Rock, and be a leader in the community.  I enjoy hiking with my dog, Hilde, playing golf, and spending good, family time with my wife and two daughters.
