Born in New Jersey, but raised in Centennial, Colorado, I consider myself a Colorado native who loves the outdoors and sunshine. I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the University of Colorado (Go Buffs). Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, I worked in the oil & gas industry as an analyst for ConocoPhillips. I love spending time with my wife, Becca, and children, Marcus and Lucy. In my spare time, I enjoy fitness, reading, strategy board games, and travel. I currently volunteer with the nonprofit organization, CrossPurpose, helping to bring people out of poverty through job training and financial literacy, as well as Love For Kenya, which supports orphans and widows in Kenya. Additionally, I’m involved as a mentor to CU students. Faith, family, and friends are the focus of my life.

During the discovery meeting, we will work together to establish your financial goals by reviewing your current financial situation and developing an appropriate risk tolerance that can help you achieve the financial outcome you envision for yourself.
Step 3: Financial Plan Implementation
Financial plan implementations map out essential factors that play into your financial success such as your employee and employer contributions, liquidity events, and insurance coverage. Examining relevant financial information provides a holistic asset allocation analysis for your accounts helping ensure a comprehensive financial plan.

Michelle has over 24 years of experience in client support and service, with a strong background in pension administration and expertise in various account types and investments. She began her career in March 2000 at Smith Barney which later became part of Morgan Stanley and has returned after 12 years. Outside of work, Michelle is active with her six children and enjoys family time in the Colorado mountains with her husband, Chris. She loves traveling with her family, including their dog, Milo. Her sons are into baseball, while her daughters enjoy soccer and marching band. Michelle looks forward to assisting and connecting with you.

Matt began his career in financial services in 1987 with Bank of America, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2016 as a Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Regional Manager at Merrill Lynch. He also served as a Private Client Manager with U.S. Trust.
Matt is a graduate of California State University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Spanish. He currently lives in Parker, Colorado. Outside of the office, Matt enjoys playing and coaching soccer, as well as spending time hiking, camping and biking with his 3 daughters.

About Joe Chiusano
Joe Chiusano is a Planning Associate at Morgan Stanley providing dedicated financial planning support to Financial Advisors and their teams. Operating as an extension of the FA/Team, he collaborates with clients to discover and define goals that matter most to them. Leveraging state of the art technology, he will evaluate options alternatives and their potential outcomes to help clients confidently choose the appropriate course of action. Joe provides expertise across a wide suite of Morgan Stanley planning tools designed to assist in the areas of investment accumulation, retirement, education, major purchase, cash flow, risk management, tax efficiency, and wealth transfer planning.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and received the Financial Planning Specialist® designation from the College for Financial Planning. Joe is originally from Middletown, NJ and currently resides there.
