About Leo Biagini

Based in New York, Leo Biagini designs portfolio strategies and defines investment implementation vehicles for international clients. He has more than 19 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently at Credit Suisse where he spent four years as a Relationship Manager, Managing Director, providing investment advice and portfolio implementation strategies to UHNW clients in Latin America, with a particular focus in the Mexican market. Previously, Leo worked at JPMorgan Private Bank, as an investment specialist covering the UHNW segment in Mexico, and prior to that at Citigroup in a similar role. Originally from Argentina, Leo started his career at The Exxel Group, a Private Equity in Argentina. He holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Leo makes his home in Greenwich, Connecticut with his wife Cecilia, and their three children.

About Juan Etinger

Based in New York City, Juan Etinger is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, and a designated Institutional Consulting Director for Graystone, the firm’s Institutional arm. Juan focuses on designing and managing single and multi-asset portfolios for endowments, foundations and family offices.

Before joining Morgan Stanley, Juan lead the Outsourced CIO and Endowments & Foundations Group businesses for JPMorgan globally, with 350 client relationships and $35bn in AUM in US, Europe and Latin America. Previously, Mr. Etinger was Senior Portfolio Manager managing JPMorgan's $12 billion suite of global multi- asset investment solutions called Global Access Portfolios.

Mr. Etinger served as member of the investment team for the JPMorgan Access UCITS Funds, a multi-asset family of open-ended, offshore mutual funds tailored for international clients.

Erika Midence joined Morgan Stanley in March 2011 as a Client Service Associate, following her work as a mortgage specialist. With over two decades of experience in the finance and banking industry, Erika's experience and commitment to customer service make her an invaluable asset to the team. She takes great pride in building strong relationships with both new and existing clients who have unique needs and complex circumstances. About Benito Woodward

Benito Woodward is an Institutional Consulting Associate at Morgan Stanley where he works with Endowments, Foundations and Family Offices from Latin America and the US.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Benito worked at J.P. Morgan in New York within the Institutional Portfolio Solutions team where he assisted in the management of $35bn in AUM for Endowments and Foundations in the US, Europe and Latin America.

Previously, Benito worked at J.P. Morgan in Chile as Cross Asset Sales where he covered corporations, pension funds, insurance companies and banks from Chile and Peru with their investments and hedging needs throughout FX, credit, rates and equity derivatives. Within the trading desk he led the flow of credit and rates products.

Benito holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from University Adolfo Ibanez where he graduated with honors. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Civil Engineering from the same university.

About Jacques Kaswan

Jacques Kaswan is an Investment Associate with the Alta Group who prepares performance, risk analysis and generates ideas for core clients monthly. In addition, he generates prospecting modules to illustrate Morgan Stanley’s capabilities and assists in creating and tracking the team’s model portfolios.

Jacques joined Morgan Stanley upon graduation from Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Science, Finance and Accounting in 2019. He still gives back by guiding undergraduate students in the recruiting process.

Jacques got married to his wife, Daniela, in June of 2022 and they live in NYC. In his free times he enjoys traveling, going to the gym, and trying new restaurants. He originally grew up in Miami, Florida.
