About Matthew Cooper
Matt began his career in 2005 as a Financial Advisor with American Express, and subsequently went to Merrill Lynch and into their training program in 2007. He spent 6 years as a Financial Advisor and Advisor Coach before pursuing leadership opportunities and running New Financial Advisor Training Programs for the New England Region at both Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Before taking his current role, Matt was the Associate Complex Manager for the Southern New England and Northern CT Complexes, as well as a Senior Practice Management Consultant for the Northeast Region.
Matt is a graduate of Muhlenberg College where he played football and baseball. Matt and his wife Jen live in Wethersfield, CT with their two young children.

About Celeste Hamler
Celeste began her career as an Financial Advisor at a local Savings & Loan in the mid 1980s. When the Federal Government took over the S&L and shut down the brokerage arm, she moved to Advest as an assistant with a book of business. in January 1997, she moved with a group to Smith Barney. She was excited to see all that Smith Barney had to offer in the way of professional development and quickly moved to the Branch Administrator role, completing her Series 8 & 3.
With the joint venture of Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley, she moved into the Business Service Manger position and was fortunate to have strong partners to get her up to speed in the world of operations. Having both Financial Advisor and Support Professional experience, she brings a unique perspective to the role of Business Service Officer. She gives credit to the relationships she's fostered with her mentor, Financial Advisors, Support Professionals, managers and peers for her success and professional growth.
Outside the office, Celeste loves Jig-saw puzzles- through can only go so long without one in progress before she starts to go crazy. She is a huge Red Sox fan and ran with the complex in July 2019 during the Run to Homebase event at Fenway Park.
