About Michael Platte
Mike co-founded The New Albany Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley. He focuses on the specialized needs of physicians and small business owners. He uses his years of experience to help clients and their families leverage the vast resources of Morgan Stanley, to deliver comprehensive investment and wealth management services.
Mike serves a dual role at Morgan Stanley, also serving as the manager of the New Albany Ohio branch. He brings a strong commitment to accountability and teamwork, a natural extension of what he learned as an Academic All-American on the championship football team at the University of Dayton. Mike graduated cum laude with a BS in Finance.
Mike is actively involved in his community in a variety of ways. Mike spearheaded a scholarship endowment fund to help New Albany high school students defray the “pay to play” fees levied on after school athletics. He is a past board member and coach for the New Albany Lacrosse Association, as well as a passionate supporter of various other charities in the greater Columbus area.
A committed athlete, Mike enjoys exercising, golf and coaching youth sports. He lives in New Albany with his wife and youngest son. They have two grown daughters who are out of college and thriving. They are a close family who enjoys traveling together and spending time in the outdoors.

About Steve Meihaus
Steve Meihaus is an Assistant Vice President and Complex Risk Officer serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in Kenwood and Downtown Cincinnati. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2022, Steve worked in managed account risk and trading supervision at another brokerage firm.
Steve is an Army Veteran and graduated from Thomas More College earning a degree in Business Administration, then returned to Thomas More to earn his MBA.
Steve currently resides in Hebron, KY with his wife Hannah, and daughter Camryn. In his free time Steve enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and working on home projects.
