About Kevin Johnson

Kevin is a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management division. Drawing on 25 years of industry experience with Morgan Stanley, Kevin develops customized wealth management solutions for entrepreneurs, C level executives, UHNW families, as well as their foundations and private endowments. Kevin is the longest serving member of a team that manages fixed income, equities, alternative investments on behalf of their clients. The team employs bespoke portfolio construction techniques that attempt to provide high quality risk adjusted returns in all environments.

Kevin has extensive experience in delivering the resources of the entire firm – from providing investment banking capabilities to clients and their companies, to managing liabilities across both the personal and corporate balance sheet. The ability to provide these solutions has been founded upon the development deep relationships both within and outside the firm.

Kevin began his career with Morgan Stanley in 1996. Prior to that, Kevin played professional golf on the Hooters Tour, Nike Tour, Golden Bear Tour and various mini tours around the United States. Kevin graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Economics. While at Florida Atlantic University, Kevin was a three time All Conference Golfer and two-time All-Academic Conference Golfer.

Kevin and his wife, Jenna, are involved in numerous charitable organizations in Naples. Kevin served on the Board of Directors with The Immokalee Foundation, The First Tee Naples /Collier, Bonefish Tarpon Trust and is the past District Chairman, Southwest Florida Council of the Boy Scouts of America and member of the National Eagle Scout Association NESA.

Kevin, Jenna and their three children, Emma (21), Brooke (18) and Matthew (14) live full time in Naples, FL.

About Tate Haire

Tate is a Senior Vice President within Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management division. He has earned the designation of Family Wealth Director – being one of less than 4% of Morgan Stanley financial advisors that have earned that distinction.

Drawing on 24 years of financial services experience, combined with the resources of the PWM group within Morgan Stanley, Tate develops customized wealth management solutions for entrepreneurs, C-level executives, UHNW families, their foundations and private endowments.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Tate worked with Boston Private Wealth as Executive Managing Director and Co- Head of SW FL, serving ultra-high net worth families throughout the region. Tate joined Boston Private by way of a strategic alignment between Boston Private and SteelBridge Wealth Advisors – a Registered Investment Advisory firm in Naples, FL – of which Tate was the Founder and Managing Principal.

Tate has also previously worked with Wells Fargo Private Bank as a Senior Wealth Advisor, SunTrust Bank, as a Private Client Advisor, and at BB&T Bank as a Group Private Banking Manager.

Tate graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Management and Marketing from Barton College. In addition to that – Tate completed a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Trust and Investment Management, Cum Laude, from Campbell University.

Tate holds both CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP) and Chartered Market Technician (CMT®) professional designations. This CFP designation involved industry experience requirements and extensive training in the discipline of financial planning, while the CMT® is recognized as the preeminent designation for practitioners of technical analysis worldwide.

About Martin Hegarty

Martin is a Senior Vice President within the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management division – he has 23 years of experience in the financial services industry. Martin brings a unique background to the wealth management space, having spent the bulk of his career as a fixed income portfolio manager in the institutional money management arena.

Before joining Morgan Stanley, Martin was a portfolio manager with Garda Capital Management - an alternative investment firm with offices in Minneapolis, New York and Geneva. Whilst at Garda - Martin was tasked with generating alpha in the global interest rates markets, with a particular focus in inflation.

From 2010 to 2018 - Martin was a Managing Director at BlackRock Financial Management in New York. Whilst at BlackRock – Martin served as the lead portfolio manager and head of the Global Inflation business. Martin was responsible for $25+ billion of inflation linked assets for an array of clients - ranging from foreign official institutions and domestic pension plans, to retail investors through US and Luxembourg based mutual funds.

Throughout his time in institutional money management - Martin has been a frequent contributor to
various media outlets such as Bloomberg, CNBC and the Institutional Investor.

Martin began his career with Merrill Lynch in London in 1998, joining the European Government Bond
desk before his focus shifted to the inflation markets. As the US Treasury increased the supply of
inflation linked assets in 2003, Martin moved from London to New York. He remained with Merrill Lynch
Bank of America until early 2010.

About Kodie S Fridley

Kodie is a Senior Vice President within Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management division – he has 10 years of industry experience. Ultimately, becoming one the youngest to ever achieve the board certification. Kodie's first several years were spent analyzing corporate financial policies, corporate portfolio analysis, and security market efficiency. It wasn't until years later Kodie began his financial planning career at the nation’s largest independent brokerage firm, LPL Financial. Kodie then went on to join Morgan Stanley, where he felt he could most effectively help his clients meet their financial goals.

Adam works as an analyst for the team. He focuses on the framework and investment managers of our portfolios. He graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in Business and began working with Morgan Stanley in 2013. Adam has his Series 7, 66 and insurance.

About Melanie Kotsonis

Melanie has an extensive background in banking, finance and customer service with a client-first mentality. Her licenses include the SIE, 7, 66, 9, 10 and life, health and variable annuity insurance. Melanie is originally from Kentucky and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. Her favorite hobbies are cooking, gardening, wood-working projects and watching sports. She and her husband, John, have been married for over 17 years and they have two rescue dogs named Bailey and Addy who keep them very busy.

About Lily Ivan

Positively energetic, Lily Ivan is whom all service-related efforts revolve. Mrs. Ivan coordinates the daily client interactions and serves as the point of contact for all operational considerations. Most importantly she works closely with each client to ensure that their needs are met on a timely basis.

Mrs. Ivan relocated to Naples, Florida in 2011 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2015 after serving as a Senior Private Banking Client Service Associate at Fifth Third Private Bank. She developed her passion for client service aboard various cruise lines across the globe. Her professionalism and commitment to first-class, personalized service is a pillar of the family office deliverable.

Outside of Morgan Stanley, Mrs. Ivan enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

About Sawyer Sutter

Sawyer works as a Client Service Associate for the team. He graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a B.S. in Finance concentrating in Wealth Management and Financial Analysis. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to living in Naples, Florida he resided in Tampa for much of his life. Sawyer holds his Series 7, 65, and 66.

Outside of his life at Morgan Stanley, Sawyer enjoys traveling around the world, but Florida has a soft spot in his heart. Aside from traveling he enjoys sportfishing, golfing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
