About Joseph Moschella
Joseph Moschella, Executive Director, Branch Manager. Joe is a native of Morristown, N.J., he graduated Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, class of 1992. He entered the Financial Services industry later that year and joined Dean Witter Reynolds as a Financial Advisor. Joe remained in that role through the merger of Morgan Stanley and Dean Witter, and eventually transitioned to a Sales Management role in 2005. In 2006, he became the Branch Manager of the Morgan Stanley Pearl River, N.Y. branch. Following the merger of Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney in 2009, he held a series of sales and branch management roles in the Western N.J. Complex and then in 2015, he became the Branch Manager of the Morgan Stanley Morristown, N.J. location. Joe celebrated 30 years with the firm in October of 2022. In his free time, Joe enjoys the outdoors, sports, boating & fishing, and especially spending time with his family where they reside in Randolph, N.J.

Suzanne Orsulak (Sue) has over 30 years of experience in the Wealth Management field.
As a Business Service Officer, Sue ensures both clients and Financial Advisors receive the highest level of service from Morgan Stanley.
Sue relies upon her industry knowledge to proactively resolve issues, enhance the client experience and streamline processing requests.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Sue was an Operations Manager at Financial Northeastern Companies in Fairfield, NJ. In that role, Sue managed the operations and support staff of a full service broker-dealer mainly serving institutions with fixed income products.

About Nora DeFalco
Nora DeFalco is a Complex Risk Officer for the Central NJ Complex. Nora is based out of Morristown, NJ and also covers the New Brunswick, NJ branch. She has over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Her responsibilities include ensuring that our Financial Advisors and Service Professionals are educated and aware of compliance, risk policy, business ethics and regulatory and compliance practices. She supervises the activity of the Financial Advisors and Client Account utilizing various mechanisms, remediates risk and maintains a consistent controlled environment.
Nora DeFalco resides in Roxbury, NJ with her husband Bruce, her son, Christian, daughter Madison and German Shepherd, Luna. She is a graduate of William Paterson University.
In her spare time, Nora enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her daughter’s soccer games and going to the gym.

Jingtong Zhi had been with the firm since 2020, started out as a Registered Client Service Associate for a Financial Advisor. Then moved into the branch administrator role in 2022 servicing both the Morristown branch office and the complex branch office in Florham Park, NJ.
Within her role as a Client Service Associate, she had become fully registered, completing her SIE, Series 7, Series 66, as well as her Series 9 & 10 exams.
Jingtong graduated from Loyola University Maryland, and now lives in Morris County, NJ with her grey tabby cat Soba.
