About Us
As a founder of Bay Area Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley, Morgan works with high-net-worth individuals, multigenerational families, corporate executives, founders, and business owners who are navigating increasingly complex financial decisions.
Significant wealth is about far more than markets and models. It is about your life, your family, your business, and the future you are building. Morgan works with clients to bring greater structure to the moving parts of their financial lives — supporting thoughtful decisions around the wealth they have built, the opportunities ahead, and the long-term goals that matter most.
For many clients, the challenge is not simply managing a portfolio. It is understanding how each decision connects to the next. How should concentrated stock or equity compensation fit within a broader plan? What planning should happen before a business sale, IPO, or major liquidity event? How do you support your family today while preparing thoughtfully for the future? Morgan works with clients to evaluate these decisions with clarity, discipline, and perspective.
Drawing on more than 30 years of industry experience, Morgan advises clients on comprehensive wealth planning, portfolio management, executive compensation strategy, liquidity and lending solutions, pre- and post-liquidity planning, and multigenerational planning. He also works closely with clients' CPAs, attorneys, trustees, and other outside professionals, helping keep investment strategy, planning, and implementation aligned.
Morgan is a Family Wealth Director at Morgan Stanley — a designation held by fewer than 2% of advisors firmwide — reflecting advanced training and a deep focus on the complex needs of affluent families. He is also an Executive Financial Services Director and a designated Founders Specialist, helping corporate executives, founders, and business owners address planning considerations around equity compensation, concentrated stock, liquidity events, and long-term wealth strategy.
