My Story & Services

I hail from the picturesque town of North Palm Beach, Florida, where I was born and raised. My lifelong passion for finance started early; beginning from when I was admitted to the Academy of Finance at William T. Dwyer High School.

I commenced my career at Merrill Lynch, where I earned my Series 7, 9, 10, 66, and Life, Health, and Variable Insurance licenses. With Bank of America's acquisition of Merrill Lynch came an opportunity to become a Financial Advisor. I found immense joy in assuming the role; finding passion in helping individuals and businesses realize their financial dreams through prudent financial planning and investment strategies. It's this passion for guiding clients toward their financial objectives that has driven me to Morgan Stanley in 2015, where I continue to provide dedicated, client-centric financial advice.

Outside of the office, my world is enriched by my loving family. My wife, Jackie, and I are blessed with two wonderful sons. I enjoy reading stock market research, spending time with family, having delicious food, and drinking great wine.

    Retirement Plan Selection
Retirement plans should meet the needs of your company and employees alike. We can help you understand your options. For your employees, retirement is more than a date in the future—it’s a milestone that takes time, hard work and the right tools to achieve. Our team provides a comprehensive suite of solutions and investment experience to help you with your investment responsibilities and help your employees achieve their goals.
    401(k) Plans
A 401(k) retirement plan is a tax-advantaged savings tool that allows employees to contribute a portion of their salary into an investment account, often with contributions matched by their employer. As your financial advisor, I will simplify the complexities of 401(k) plans: assisting with setup, employee education, managing contributions, and monitoring investments.

We'll work closely with you to explore the various funding solutions available, ensuring that you make well-informed decisions for your business's future.
    SEP/SIMPLE IRAs
SEP/SIMPLE IRAs offer smart retirement savings solutions for businesses. As a financial expert, I can assist you in setting up these plans, simplifying the process, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. While employees have more control over their investments in SEP/SIMPLE IRAs, my guidance can help them make inform3ed decisions about their investment choices and savings strategies, optimizing their retirement benefits.

    Employee Retirement Education
We're committed to enhancing your business not just through retirement plans, but also by equipping your employees with the knowledge they need for a secure financial future. Traditional/Roth IRAs
Traditional and Roth IRAs can be invaluable tools for achieving your financial goals. The key difference lies in their taxation. Deciding which is right for you requires a keen understanding of your financial circumstance and goals. As your financial advisor, I'll help you navigate these options with personalized guidance.

    Avoid Potential Future Consequences
The early stage of a company’s growth phase is often a particularly productive time for the owner(s) to conduct in-depth estate planning. Unfortunately, the demands associated with a growing business tend to be all-encompassing. As a result, business owners often fail to create or implement any type of estate plan. In the absence of such a plan, the business owner's exit from the business or untimely demise may have a variety of unanticipated consequences.
    Establish an Estate Plan
One of the greatest challenges that a business owner may face is how best to transition wealth accumulated from the business to future generations. As the value of a business grows, so does the business owner’s potential exposure to estate and gift taxes. Fortunately, establishing a plan early in the life cycle of the business allows proactive business owners the opportunity to potentially sidestep many of these taxes by creatively distributing ownership interests to family members and other beneficiaries at a time when valuation levels are low.

8Investors should consider many factors before deciding which 529 plan is appropriate. Some of these factors include: the Plan’s investment options and the historical investment performance of these options, the Plan’s flexibility and features, the reputation and expertise of the Plan’s investment manager, Plan contribution limits and the federal and state tax benefits associated with an investment in the Plan. Some states, for example, offer favorable tax treatment and other benefits to their residents only if they invest in the state’s own Qualified Tuition Program. Investors should determine their home state’s tax treatment of 529 plans when considering whether to choose an in-state or out-of-state plan. Investors should consult with their tax or legal advisor before investing in any 529 Plan or contact their state tax division for more information. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC does not provide tax and/or legal advice. Investors should review a Program Disclosure Statement, which contains more information on investment options, risk factors, fees and expenses and possible tax consequences.
