Mauricio Sanchez holds a Miami Branch Manager post where he reports to Kevin McCarty, Morgan Stanley’s Miami Complex Manager.
Previously Mauricio Sanchez worked at Wells Fargo International between 2013 and January 2021 when he returned to Morgan Stanley after working at the firm between 2009 and 2013, during that time he served as a sales manager within the firm’s private wealth management unit in New York and led its Switzerland-based private banking boutique business catering to clients in Latin America.
Prior to Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo, he worked at Merrill Lynch International between 1986 and 2009, holding several senior wealth management posts in Montevideo, Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile, Miami, and Geneva Switzerland.

Ana Herce joined Morgan Stanley in 2021 as a Business Service Officer for the Miami Complex. She has worked with international clients for more than 35 years in the financial services industry. Prior to Morgan Stanley Ana worked at Wells Fargo Advisors as First Vice President, Field Support Manager. She began her career at ABN AMRO Bank (currently Itaú Private Bank) where for 21 years she held various roles and chaired multiple committees. Ana also worked for UBS International as a Wealth Strategist and later a Financial Advisor. She has an AA in Computer Science.

Luis F. Peralta Mojica has over 4 years’ experience in risk management, regulatory compliance and business roles on the financial industry. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2021 as a senior registered service associate in the Miami complex and started working as a risk officer in 2022. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he was an operational risk consultant at Wells Fargo Advisors. Luis received a MA in Global Affairs and BA in International relations from Florida International University, and a BA in Public Administration from Universidad Externado de Colombia.

Anita Gernhardt-Diaz has been in the financial industry for over 25 years. She began her career in New York and later transferred to Miami in 2009. Anita has experience in both the domestic and international markets. She has previously held roles in Sr. Client Service, Operations Management and Administrative Management. She is currently a Business Service Officer in the Miami complex of Morgan Stanley. On her spare time, she loves attending Girl Scout community service activities with her daughters and visiting theme parks, national parks and beaches.

Eduardo J. Vasquez has more than 15 years of experience in Trading and Execution, and more recently He supervised a High and Ultra High Net-worth clients Trading Desk. He Joined Morgan Stanley in July 2025 as a Risk Officer. Eduardo received a MS in Administrative Studies from Boston University with concentrations in Financial Economics and Multinational Commerce in 2001.
