Our Story and Services
Ryan McQueary, Chris Schumm and Terri Munsell have over 70 years of combined experience. The McQueary Schumm Munsell Group focuses on client-centric, tax aware investment strategies while managing specific portfolio risks through manager selection and asset allocation. We favor long-term investment strategies that emphasize total return over a complete investment cycle. Our extensive planning capabilities and experience are used to engage clients in customized solutions with a particular emphasis put on ascertaining the client's fiscal and personal circumstances. Terri has more than 25 years of experience representing and advising clients. Her 18 years in financial services combined with her background as an estate planner and tax attorney provides her clients a unique perspective for their personal financial plans, goals and investment strategies. Terri earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Kansas State University, a J.D. from the University of Tulsa School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from The University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Terri is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Workplace Advisor- Equity Compensation and Qualified Financial Plan Consultant. She makes complex legal, financial planning and investment concepts easy to understand – helping her clients reach important decisions and most importantly to take action. Terri helps clients build a financial plan based on their specific goals and constructs the appropriate investment strategy to help support their plan.
Terri is an active member of the local community, as a member of Go Red for Women’s Circle of Red and the Junior League of Kansas City. She sits on the board of the Kansas City Estate Planning Symposium, the premier provider of educational programming for trust and estate planning professionals in the Midwest. She is a board member at Madam President Camp, a leadership program for middle school girls. She is also a member of the board of Women in Insurance and Financial Services. Terri is a Missouri Extension Master Gardener and a volunteer at Powell Gardens where she is part of a core garden team and supports numerous festivals.

About Greg Cole
Greg Cole is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Missouri.
Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.
Greg began his career in financial services in 1999 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Regional Banking Consultant at Wells Fargo Advisors. Greg has also served as an Area Manager with JP Morgan Chase and was a Senior Mortgage Consultant in the Smith Barney division at CitiMortgage.
Greg is a graduate of Rockhurst University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He and his family currently reside in O’Fallon, Missouri. Outside of the office, Greg enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
