Our team has significant experience providing single stock risk management strategies, having executed over $1 Billion in single stock hedges and overseeing 10b5-1 plans of over 10 million shares.

With CFA and CFP designations of selected team members, we also have extensive experience in wealth planning services. We advise clients in the areas of income, estate and gift tax planning, and frequently coordinate with lawyers and accountants to implement wealth plans. Charlie helps advise high net worth families in preparing and executing a proper asset allocation after determining cash flow, growth and risk parameters. He graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1984 and was an entrepreneur prior to starting a career in wealth management. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Charlie worked for Credit Suisse for seven years, Goldman, Sachs & Co. for eight years and UBS Financial Services for five years. In 2001, Charlie founded The Heroes Foundation in order to develop self-confidence, character and ambitious goals for Dallas-area children.
