    About Me

    Derek Cisne is a First Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. For over 25 years, Derek has worked with his clients to form long lasting relationships while helping to ensure that they are on the right path towards achieving their financial goals. It was at a young age, while working part time in college at a local investment firm, that Derek discovered his passion for the business. Since then, Derek prioritizes understanding his clients at every level, especially the nature of their success through the stories they share. His number one priority is, and has always been, to remain up to date with both his client’s personal and professional goals so that he is always able to give sage advice.

    A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Derek maintains a disciplined approach to portfolio monitoring and communication that enables clients to not just stay up to date but remain involved in their success every step of the way. Today’s markets are complex, in transition and often in turmoil. As a result, Derek helps to craft solutions for his clients that not only consider their financial pretentions, but also minimizes exposure to areas that could increase volatility while increasing the odds of long-term growth. Portfolio management begins with the study of capital markets and it’s here that Derek beings his process of deciphering the right solutions for his clients based on the results they envision.

    Derek makes every effort to give back to his community which is why for years, he’s taken time to be a volunteer youth coach with various organizations in Central Arkansas. He’s also a proud member of the Arkansas State Police Foundation. Outside of the office, Derek enjoys coaching his family and friends in athletics, playing golf and tennis, and taking trips to Oaklawn.

    About Jeremy McDade

    Jeremy McDade is a First Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. With over 20 years of experience, Jeremy works with his clients to help them navigate the nuances of their financial lives to help them achieve their goals. Jeremy understands how each client is different and as a result, takes time to fully understand everything about them so that their financial plan considers every aspect of their life. For Jeremy, it’s all about guiding his clients through the noise of the markets towards safe harbors. He’s proud of the long-term relationships he’s built with his clients and is continuously satisfied when he’s able to help one generation pass on their legacy to the next.

    Jeremy began his career in 1997 as a college intern at PaineWebber in Little Rock. After graduating from the University of Central Arkansas, he was hired full-time in the back office processing trades, helping compliance, and opening accounts. Following his successful completion of his licensing and training, he became a Financial Advisor in 2000 and worked with one of the top advisors at UBS until his retirement in 2014.

    Today, Jeremy and his team leverage their combined experience to serve clients from all walks of life. From business owners and executives to foundations and retirement plans, they assist across a variety of areas often involving financial planning, portfolio management, retirement, and income planning. Jeremy firmly believes it’s the summation of their individual experiences that allow his team to meet their clients where they are to provide sage advice and help them get where they want to go.

    Jeremy makes every effort to give back to his community which is why, in addition to his work for the Bauxite School Board and as a volunteer coach, he’s been a volunteer Firefighter for Tull Fire & Rescue and served as their Treasurer for 18 years. A family man, Jeremy is happily married to his wife Brandi with two children: Olivia and Judd. Outside of work and volunteering, Jeremy enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and playing golf.
