My Story and Services

Matt has spent his entire 18+ year career at Morgan Stanley, which began in 2008 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Purdue University. Prior to moving to Chicago in 2017, Matt was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley’s headquarters in New York City working in the Institutional Equities Division as an account manager to several of the world’s largest hedge funds.

Now, as a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor, Portfolio Management Director, Financial Planning Specialist and Lending Specialist with The 233 Wealth Management Group, Matt implements customized wealth strategies for corporate executives, families and individuals utilizing his experience in financial planning, capital markets, alternative investments and tailored lending. He and his partners work with other areas of the firm including Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Private Banking, and Corporate Business Services to help deliver first class business in a first class way. He is registered as a securities agent in all 50 states and holds both Insurance & Variable Annuity Licenses.

Matt currently resides in Wilmette, IL with his wife, Jeanette, and three sons: Connor, Charlie and Will. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling with his family, coaching his sons’ teams, and is an avid golfer. He is also an active member of Saints JFX Parish and iMentor.
