Matt began his career with Morgan Stanley in 2018 after dedicating 15 years to the healthcare industry, where he developed a strong commitment to helping others and an analytical mindset. These skills seamlessly transitioned into his work as a financial advisor, allowing him to provide tailored strategies that can align with his clients’ unique financial goals.
With a designation as an Insurance Planning Director and his role as a Portfolio Manager, Matt focuses in creating comprehensive financial strategies that integrate risk management, investment planning and wealth preservation. His approach focuses on educating clients and empowering them to make informed decisions about their financial future.
Drawing on his healthcare background, Matt brings a compassionate and detail-oriented perspective to financial advising. Whether working with individuals, families or businesses, he takes pride in building lasting relationships and guiding his clients through life’s financial complexities.
Matt lives in Rochester with his wife, Suzy and his two children. In his free time, Matt coaches youth football and volunteers for the local Lions Club, Breakthrough T1D, and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

About Logan Oates

After achieving a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oakland University, I joined the Bluewater Group following my internship with Morgan Stanley. Being a first-generation college graduate has taught me a lot about money management and financial well-being as a whole.

As a Client Service Associate, my goal is to not only effectively communicate your needs to the group, but to also provide the best customer service Morgan Stanley has to offer. I am often your first point of contact, coordinating daily tasks and projects so that your advisor can focus on what they do best.

By utilizing my knowledge and skills, I aim to build a lasting relationship with you as we fortify your financial future.

About Amy D. Irish

Amy Irish joined our team as a Wealth Management Associate in January 2024. Her primary focus is providing wealth planning analysis and identifying possible solutions based on each family’s goals or needs. Amy works closely to help clients identify their primary goals and needs, including asset allocation, education funding, retirement income planning, tax minimization strategies and estate planning services. Amy uses these goals to build wealth plans designed to help clients pursue their desired outcomes, while preserving their wealth for current and future generations. Amy also helps clients to identify solutions that Morgan Stanley offers that may help them stay on track.
Amy brings over 20 years of industry experience to the team, with a decade of her experience working with ultra high net worth clients. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, where she majored in History and English. She holds FINRA series 7 and 66 licenses as well as is a registered producer for life insurance with the State of Michigan.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys sports, weightlifting, and spending time with friends and family. Amy loves animals and occasionally fosters dogs for different dog rescues. She lives in Union Lake with her son, two dogs and two cats.

About Sally A. Cholewka

Sally A. Cholewka, CFP® is a Vice President and Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in Southeast Michigan. She is responsible for helping Financial Advisors with their clients' and prospects' financial planning needs.

Sally began her career in Financial Services in 2010 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2021. Prior to her current position, she worked as Director of Financial Planning for a group of independent financial advisors affiliated with LPL Financial. Her role for over the last decade has been to facilitate retirement income planning, tax aware positioning and estate & legacy conversations.

Sally has held her Certified Financial Planner® designation since 2017. A graduate from the University of Iowa, she proudly identifies as a “Midwesterner”, having lived or worked in Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois and Michigan. She currently lives in Shelby Township, MI with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, Sally enjoys vacationing with her family, boating, and volunteering with the SIFMA Foundation’s “InvestWrite” national writing competition for elementary age children.

About Alexandra Diez

Alexandra Diez is a Planning Associate at Morgan Stanley providing dedicated financial planning support to Financial Advisors and their teams. Operating as an extension of the FA/Team, she collaborates with clients to discover and define goals that matter most to them. Leveraging state of the art technology, she will evaluate various options and their potential outcomes to help clients confidently choose the appropriate course of action. Alexandra provides expertise across a wide suite of Morgan Stanley planning tools designed to assist in the areas of investment accumulation, retirement, education, major purchase, cash flow, risk management, tax efficiency, and wealth transfer planning.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and received the Financial Planning Specialist® designation from the College for Financial Planning. Alexandra is originally from Rockville Centre, New York and currently resides in Queens, New York.

About Dana Jordan

Dana Jordan is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in New York.

Dana is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She lives in Long Island, New York. Outside of the office, Dana donates her time to the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 1006. She is a Senior Gold Medalist and USFSA (U.S. Figure Skating Association) member, and enjoys partaking in CrossFit.
