My Story and Services

Mark is a Financial Advisor and Resident Manager of the Morgan Stanley Branch office in Duluth, MN. Mark has over two decades of experience in wealth management working with private clients, trusts, nonprofit organizations and corporate retirement plans. Financial Planning, Estate Strategies, Sustainable Investing and Professional Portfolio Management are the foundation of his practice.

As a Portfolio Management Director at Morgan Stanley, Mark researches, designs and implements a portfolio that is client specific in allocating, security selection and risk.

Mark holds the Series 66 Combined Investment Advisory Agent and Uniform State Exam, the Series 7 General Securities Representative, the Series 9 and 10 Securities Supervision licenses. Mark is registered in 33 states.

Mark is a past Board President for the Lake Superior Zoo, the Arrowhead Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and continues to be active in the Girl's Hockey in the Northland. A product of the University of Minnesota Duluth and Broward College Fort Lauderdale Florida.

Outdoor sports, adventure and cooking are passions. Mark lives with his wife Carrie and their loyal yellow lab Hartley in the city of Duluth.

About Lisa E. Bujarski

Lisa joined Morgan Stanley in January of 2020, and is dedicated to building strong personal and professional relationships with clients and supporting the needs of financial advisors. Her energy and attitude exude a first-class experience for the team’s clients. Bringing exceptional organization to everything she does, her main goal is to keep all of the gears of the operation oiled and working together smoothly.

Since 2021, Lisa has resided in Cotton with her boyfriend, their three cats, and dog. She enjoys the outdoor activities that Cotton has to offer, especially hiking in the beautiful woods. When she’s not outside exploring or remodeling her house, Lisa can be found curled up with a book and her loyal companions.

About Matt Urbanek

Matt Urbanek, CFP®, CRPC® is a Vice President and Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in the State of Wisconsin. He is responsible for helping our Financial Advisors with their clients' and prospects' financial planning needs.

Matt began his career in Financial Services in 2006 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2021. Prior to his current position, he worked at multiple Financial Services firms in both the Bay Area, CA and Milwaukee, WI including Citibank and Transamerica. In 2013 he relocated back to Wisconsin where he led the team that provided retirement planning services to participants of the area’s largest non-profit healthcare institutions.

Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Legal Studies. He also holds his Certified Financial Planner® and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designations. He lives in New Berlin with his family- wife, daughter, and dog- Jack. Outside of work, Matt enjoys traveling with his family, hiking, camping, and all thing outdoors, along with rooting on the Wisconsin sports teams.
