MY PRACTICE

As a life-long resident of Pittsburgh, I know that family is important to those of us living in our region. That’s why I treat my clients as if they are extended family members. My approach is highly personalized; it includes remembering your birthday or other milestones in your life. It means developing meaningful relationships that go beyond managing wealth. I’m often the first person clients call when their family is dealing with a crisis. I’ve spent many evenings and weekends sitting at dining room tables, guiding families through difficult situations.

My family-centric approach is also reflected in my investment style. I manage my clients’ money in the same way I manage my own. I’m conservative; I don’t chase performance or trends. I believe in transparency; I’m upfront about fees and other important details. I embrace simplicity; while the financial world is complex, I will discuss your portfolio in an easy-to-understand, jargon-free manner.

I will regularly stay in touch by phone, email or video conference call – whichever you prefer. This includes during turbulent periods in the market, when I feel it’s my responsibility to keep you informed about what’s going on, as well as to ease any anxiety you may be feeling. Just like a family member would.

MY STORY

I am a Senior Vice President, a Portfolio Management Director and a Financial Advisor who began my career in the wealth management industry in 2010. I hold a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation. As a CEPA® professional, I advise small business owners about important matters such as succession planning, while also addressing their personal wealth management needs. With my CRPC® certification, I am better prepared to deal with the increasingly complex concerns regarding retirement planning.

I’ve been honored multiple times, including most recently being recipient of the 2024 Forbes Best-In-State Next-Gen Wealth Advisor Award and the 2021 Five Star Wealth Advisor Award.
I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh’s College of Business Administration with degrees in Finance and Marketing. I reside in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania with my wife, Shannon and our children, Lyla and Cameron. I am an avid supporter of The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA®), and proudly volunteer as a golf coach for Special Olympics Pennsylvania.

About Sarah A. Rigatti

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional, Sarah develops and implements custom-tailored financial plans that help clients achieve their unique goals, protect what’s meaningful to them and live their best possible lives.

With her extensive knowledge of Morgan Stanley’s vast planning resources and industry-leading capabilities, she delivers a process and experience that’s both holistic and custom-tailored for each client. Realizing that every client’s situation is different, Sarah develops a thorough understanding of their needs, aspirations, lifestyle and family to better help them navigate their journey and attain financial success.

Sarah began her career in financial services in 2015. Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2019, she served as a Registered Associate at J.P. Morgan.

Sarah graduated from Robert Morris University’s School of Business with a degree in Finance. She’s a native of Hudson, OH and currently resides in Collier Township, PA with her husband, Dave. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys golfing, outdoor activities and spending time with her family.

About Andrea Cipriani

As a highly experienced Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Andrea is committed to providing exceptional service to high net worth individuals and families. After working in the financial services industry for 18 years, she’s developed a deep understanding of the complexities of wealth management, and uses this experience to help clients navigate their financial journey.

In 2006, Andrea began her career with Wells Fargo Advisors in San Francisco, CA. She then joined Morgan Stanley in 2023.

Andrea received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women’s Studies from Ohio Wesleyan University, and a Master of Arts degree in Women’s Studies from The Ohio State University.

After growing up in Columbus, OH, she moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. She lived there for 20 years before moving to Pittsburgh, PA. Andrea and her son, Charlie, reside in Mt. Lebanon, PA.

In her free time, Andrea enjoys baking, walking, reading and yoga. She’s also a board member of the Lebo Pride organization which hosts a family-friendly Pride celebration in Mt. Lebanon each summer.

About Joshua Gilbert

Joshua Gilbert is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in Ohio.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Joshua began his career in financial services in 2001 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Business Banking Client Manager at U.S. Bank. He also held numerous roles with progressive responsibilities at JPMorgan Chase Bank, where he notably served as a Branch Manager.

Joshua currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio. Outside of the office, Joshua dedicates his time to various civic organizations focused on fostering the well-being of others, such as Lighthouse Youth & Family Services, and the Freestore Foodbank. In his spare time, Joshua enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, and staying healthy and active.
