    An Initial Call in which we’ll discuss what you hope to get from a relationship with us. We’ll ask you about your previous experiences with Financial Advisors or on your own. And we’ll discuss what you perceive to be your major objectives and potential obstacles to achieving them.

    Step 2: Discovery Meeting
    A Discovery Meeting in which we will take inventory of your finances and what you want your wealth to accomplish. We’ll identify your goals, attempt to quantify their cost and determine whether you have the resources to achieve them within your required timeframe.

    A Plan Presentation Meeting in which we’ll present your financial plan and the strategies it suggests for filling any gaps between your goals and resources. Your plan will contain an asset allocation based on the size of those gaps and your risk tolerance.

    Plan Implementation that involves brings your plan to life. This may entail additional consultation with Morgan Stanley professionals who focus on estate planning, lending strategies and other disciplines relevant to your situation. It will also involve the development of a personalized investment strategy.

About Me

Jeremiah MacNamara is an Executive Director in the Fort Worth office of Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management. Jeremiah works with individuals & their families to develop and execute integrated wealth plans that align with each client’s individualized financial, legacy, and philanthropic goals. He coordinates the professional resources of the firm to design and implement tailored strategies with advice around preserving and growing wealth, specialized lending and banking, trust and estate planning, pre-liquidity planning, and wealth transfer.

With 18 years of experience, Jeremiah has a diverse background in wealth management from investments, lending, trust management, and planning. He began his career as a trader with USAA Investment Management and New York Life Securities. Most recently, he was an Executive Director Banker as lead client advisor for J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Fort Worth. Prior to this, he spent six years with J.P. Morgan Private Bank in both the Chicago and Dallas markets in various roles that covered client service, trust and estate planning, and investment management. Additionally, he was a Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Chicago serving as lead advisor. Jeremiah earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University. He holds a minor in International Business from Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg, France.

Jeremiah resides in the Tanglewood neighborhood of Fort Worth with his wife, Ashley, their two daughters, Sybil and Harriet, and their son, David. To relax, he enjoys golf, cooking/barbequing, fine wine and whiskey, travel, reading history, and skiing. A person of faith, he partners with Christian organizations to provide philanthropic guidance and planning support.

Joe Monty, CFA® is an Executive Director in the Fort Worth office of Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management. Joe works with individuals, their families and nonprofits to provide tailored investment advice, estate & financial planning, lending and other financial services . He leverages the resources of a global firm to provide investment management and brokerage opportunities, alternative investments, generational wealth transfer, pre-/post-transaction planning, concentrated position management and hedging, and extending capital.

Starting his career in wealth management and banking in 2012, Joe brings over 12 years of experience managing complex client relationships for high net worth clients. He began his career in Chicago with JPMorgan's Private Bank and has spent the last 9 years building a business in the communities of Fort Worth, Midland and West Texas. Joe double majored in Finance, Investment & Banking and Accounting at the University of Wisconsin and is a CFA® Charter holder.

Joe resides in Westworth Village with his wife Amanda and their two children William and Olivia. He enjoys travel, golf, sports and cooking. Joe is also active in the community as a Board Member of First Tee - Fort Worth, member of First United Methodist Church in Fort Worth and a member of the Fort Worth Club.

About Randy Payne

Randy Payne is a Senior Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in the Dallas/Fort Worth Market.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Randy began his career in financial services in 1993, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2014 as a Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Divisional Sales Director at Wells Fargo Advisors.

Randy is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Management. He lives in Northlake, Texas with his family. Outside of the office, Randy enjoys spending time in Oxford, MS with his family cheering on Ole Miss football and baseball teams.

About Elizabeth Chand

Elizabeth Chand leads the Family Office Resource Generalist team and also covers the Central Region. As a FOR Generalist Elizabeth provides specialized expertise to Financial Advisors and their UHNW clients, educating and advising across a broad spectrum of family wealth management concerns, including family legacy and governance, customized wealth education for the next generation, lifestyle advisory and concierge services, strategic estate and financial planning, and philanthropy management.

Most recently, Elizabeth worked with New York Life in their Advanced Planning Group. She worked with agents and their UHNW clients to advise them on issues of estate and legacy planning as well as business succession planning. Prior to New York Life she ran a boutique estate planning law firm in Southern California working with high net worth families and businesses. Her practice focused exclusively on trusts and estates, probate, trust administration and tax. She has over 15 years of experience as an attorney representing individuals and business clients in connection with the development and implementation of sophisticated estate planning strategies and techniques.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. degree from Chapman University School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude. Elizabeth also holds her Series 7, 66 and 24 securities licenses. Elizabeth lives in the Dallas, TX area with her husband, four daughters and dog Zoe.
