About Thor Anderson

I enjoy helping people answer the big questions and solve the big problems. Investing can be scary and handling money can be complicated and I am here to work with you every step of the way. I look forward to that moment when a client understands that they have found someone who they can trust for the rest of their lives; someone who will take care of their retirement money, their spouse, and their kids--someone who they can rely on until the end. I like the work and I am committed to building lasting multigenerational relationships with my clients. I have been passionate about the field for years and feel as if becoming a Financial Advisor was almost predestined.
Part of what we do is analytical, but the most important work a financial advisor does is listen, know their client and be present. On top of that, this career requires an incredible commitment. When I became a financial advisor I felt that I could do it and do it well—and I still feel that to this day. I work extremely hard to learn about our clients. We lead them through very important planning-based conversations. Once the goals are defined and an accurate inventory of assets, liabilities and risk tolerance is determined, we build a low-cost, tactical ETF model that is geared to provide the return the plan calls for--with the minimum amount of risk taken. I aim to not only guide my clients through their financial decisions, but to educate them wherever possible.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters. I also stay active in my community by volunteering and donating to local charities such as the Second Harvest of Spokane, Rescue4All, Gonzaga University and Friends of Manito. I began my career in the financial services field in 1998 and have been with the firm since 2016.

About Ashlie Johnson

Being a financial advisor means more to me than just providing bespoke financial advice, but rather I truly enjoy building lasting relationships with my clients. I take great pride in impacting clients’ lives that can be seen for generations. No matter your situation, I will take the time to discover your goals so we can build a roadmap for success together. The heart of my practice is financial planning, however, it all starts with a discussion and taking a deep dive into your unique situation. Getting to know my clients on a more personal level helps build the foundation for a long and healthy relationship, and this process is something I do not take lightly.
Coming from a background in social work, I have realized that there is quite a bit of overlap that helps me build a path to financial success with my clients. In social work, you are helping others navigate and overcome challenges to fulfill their goals. Collaboration to construct a plan while providing guidance and education along the way is key. This is exactly how I approach my process at Morgan Stanley, providing guidance to my clients through all walks of their financial lives, while providing education anywhere possible. I hold myself to an extremely high standard when it comes to client service and strive to consistently exceed my clients’ expectations.
I am originally from Nevada, however, Idaho is where I feel most at home. Outside of work, my husband and I spend as much time as we can enjoying the outdoors with our two golden retrievers. I have been practicing yoga since 2010 and love that it continues to challenge me both mentally and physically. I am a graduate of Lewis-Clark State College and have been in the finance industry since 2008. I made the decision to join Morgan Stanley in 2016 and feel that I am at the best firm to serve the needs of my clients and grow professionally.

About Tucker L. Forbush

I’m passionate about helping my clients simplify the complex. As a financial advisor, I seek first to understand my client’s financial world, then help them to define their individually unique goals. These puzzle pieces are then incorporated into a comprehensive financial plan, which serves as a foundation for the development of tailored strategies that enable our clients to enhance, preserve, and transfer their wealth with intention. Working with a world class firm allows me the privilege of delivering the vast resources and intellectual capital of Morgan Stanley, leaving no stone unturned in addressing the many facets of our client’s wealth management needs. Over the years I have developed a diverse set of clientele, serving both retirees and accumulators, with a particular expertise in serving professionals in the MedTech and Pharmaceutical industries.

One of my greatest pleasures is serving the community that I grew up in. I was fortunate to have been raised in Coeur d’Alene, and shortly after graduating from the University of Idaho, I moved back to begin laying down my roots. I now reside in Hayden with my wife, Danielle, and our two boys, Jaxon and Levi. Outside of the office, I’m deeply involved in youth athletics, coaching football, basketball and baseball teams at various levels. In our downtime, my family and I can usually be found relaxing at the lake or camping at one of our favorite parks.

3An investment in an exchange-traded fund (ETF) involves risks similar to those of investing in a broadly based portfolio of equity securities traded on exchange in the relevant securities market, such as market fluctuations caused by such factors as economic and political developments, changes in interest rates and perceived trends in stock prices. The investment return and principal value of ETF investments will fluctuate, so that an investor’s ETF shares, if or when sold, may be worth more or less than the original cost.

Investors should carefully consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of an exchange-traded fund (ETF) before investing. The prospectus contains this and other information about the ETF. To obtain a prospectus, contact your Financial Advisor or visit the ETF company’s website. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing.

7The returns on a portfolio consisting primarily of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) aware investments may be lower or higher than a portfolio that is more diversified or where decisions are based solely on investment considerations. Because ESG criteria exclude some investments, investors may not be able to take advantage of the same opportunities or market trends as investors that do not use such criteria. Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss in a declining financial market.
