My Story and Services

Lindsey is a Certified Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Financial Advisor. As a member of the Foothills Group, Lindsey and the team take a holistic view at wealth building and benefits and help align those with client’s future lifestyle goals. She helps develop plans for clients that go far beyond investment management to encompass estate planning strategies, tax-efficient investment strategies, Social Security benefits, and income streams. As her clients transition from the Workplace to Retirement, she strives to make sure they understand the interconnectedness of all of these decisions to achieve financial independence.

There are challenges you face being employed at a publicly traded company. Lindsey can help navigate through various legal, tax, and estate planning concepts. She understands the risks of consolidated positions and the potential tax liability a client may face when selling employer stock or exercising options. Her client’s rely on her for sound guidance that encompasses not only their compensation, but all of their financial concerns.

Lindsey earned an MBA from the University of Nebraska Omaha where she also served as an assistant coach for the softball team. Prior to that, she earned her Business degree at the University of South Dakota while being a 4 year starter on the softball team. She is involved with Alzheimer’s Association and coordinates events throughout the year. In her free time, she enjoys the mountains, paddle boarding, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

    As our Client Service Associate, Steve assists the team of financial advisors with marketing, and provides full client service support. Originally from Madison, SD, Steve graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield MN with a B.A. /economics major in 1988. He has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years. Steve began his career in financial services with Dain Bosworth in Denver in 1988 as an Investment Consultant. In 1991 he moved over to Charles Schwab & Co. in Denver as a Senior Registered Representative (1991-1997), then transferred to New York City where he served as Operations Manager of the Schwab Penn Station office and Schwab Forest Hills acting manager (1997-2006), and with Schwab Institutional Alliance back in Denver until 2022. Steve joined our team in Boulder in June of 2023.

    Outside of work Steve enjoys traveling to archeological locations designated by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites and interacting with the local populations.
    He also enjoys closely following geopolitical events and studying the socio-economic repercussions.
