About Marc H Lock
Marc joined the Consulting Group at Morgan Stanley in 2001. He began his financial career at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith in 1987. During his tenure there, he served as the Western Region Liaison to the Advisory Council to Management, was a member of the firm’s Chairman’s Club, and acted as an advisor to the classroom programs for the Arizona Council for Economic Education, The Stock Market Games. He also earned his Certified Financial Manager designation from the Donald T. Regan School of Advanced Financial Management in Princeton.
Marc has been invited to speak at various corporate events on a variety of topics, including Modern Portfolio Theory and The Efficient Frontier, How to Make Effective Board Decisions, Fiduciary Duties as Trustees of Non-Profit Organizations, Pitfalls of Investor Psychology, Capital Markets Historical Perspectives. He is also an active member of the Investment and Wealth Institute, the Association of Professional Investment Consultants and Pepperdine University’s Institute for Preparing Heirs.
Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Marc attended the University of Arizona and currently lives in Tucson with his wonderful wife and two children. He considers family his single most valuable asset.

About Wayne F Griffith
Wayne has earned the Morgan Stanley Family Wealth Director designation, placing him among a very select group of advisors at the firm who have demonstrated a sophisticated approach to the complex dynamics involved in managing family wealth.
Additionally, Wayne has earned the Senior Investment Management Consultant and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designations.
Wayne holds a Master of Science degree in Mineral Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, both from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the Association of Professional Investment Consultants and the Financial Planning Association.
Wayne and his wife, Linda, have been married since 1984. The have three adult children and four grandchildren. An involved member of the community, Wayne has served on various local and national non-profit organization boards and is active in charitable giving across a variety of areas of interest, including special needs.

In her ongoing commitment to clients, Aditi has earned the designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™, Retirement Income Certified Professional ® and the Morgan Stanley Family Wealth Advisor.
Aditi joined Morgan Stanley in 2008. She began her financial services career in banking but was drawn to financial advisory for the opportunity to educate clients and make a positive difference in their lives.
Born and raised in India, Aditi spent her first few years in the U.S. in San Francisco, California, where she worked for a leading financial firm and earned her Master’s degree in Financial Analysis. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Accounting.
Aditi and her husband have two children, and they love living in the Tucson community. Committed to giving back, Aditi was a member of the Junior League of Tucson, served as Member & President of the Board of the India Society of Southern Arizona and more recently, served nearly a decade as member and President of the Board of Tu Nidito Children & Family Services- a local Tucson organization committed to creating a community of acceptance, support & understanding for children in grief. Aditi currently serves on the Board of the Catalina Foothills School District Foundation.

About Eric B Boos
Having earned the Financial Planning Specialist designation, Eric provides goals based financial planning to high net worth individuals and their families. He helps clients set realistic goals when making financial decisions including; budgeting, retirement planning, saving for education, insurance, and estate planning strategies.
As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Eric carefully follows the financial markets and constantly analyzes and evaluates individual company characteristics when developing an appropriate asset allocation strategy and customized portfolio for clients.

About Nikki Ranck
Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.
Nikki began her career in financial services in 2006, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 as a Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Client Service Associate at JP Morgan’s Private Bank. She also served as a Mortgage Banker and Branch Manager at JP Morgan Chase, and a Service Manager and Personal Banker at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
Nikki lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her family. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Alex began his career in financial services in 2010, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to his current position, he worked as a Private Client Advisor for J.P. Morgan.
Alex graduated from Arizona State University and Tecnológico de Monterrey and holds his Certified Financial Planner™ designation. Alex lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his family. Outside of work, Alex enjoys film production, stand-up comedy, and tennis.
