OUR PROCESS
At the Levine Gevin Group, our goal is to help you implement your life plan. This entails leaving no stone unturned in incorporating a wealth program to address your financial and life issues. Along the way, we continually provide education aimed at the specific financial and transition issues you are facing. We've learned that the biggest cause of anxiety is the lack of knowledge, therefore we proactively prepare for each life transition.
Helping local professionals and small business owners manage their 401(k) and executives transition to a new stage of life in retirement has led to many caring and trusting relationships with our clients. Over the last 25-plus years, we have had the privilege of expanding those relationships to include client's children, grandchildren and other family members in both the Savannah area and across the country.
Experience working with multiple generations enables us to offer solutions to not only retirees and pre-retirees but also younger clients who may be preparing to buy a home or saving for their children's college education. We are always here to act as a sounding board for various financial decisions, no matter how big or small.
As our client, you are also a friend, and we will go to great lengths and into meticulous detail. Our role is to handle the financial issues, so you can concentrate on what you most enjoy. We have learned that financial assets are just the starting point in enjoying life and retirement, and thus supplement traditional financial planning services with client events that focus on lifestyle issues like health care and nutrition.
Step 1: Introductory Meeting
Our relationship begins with a 10-15 minute initial discussion aimed towards getting to know you, your lifestyle, and your future goals.
Step 2: Discovery Meeting
During the discovery meeting, we will work together to establish your financial goals by reviewing your current financial situation and developing an appropriate risk tolerance that can help you achieve the financial outcome you envision for yourself.
Step 3: Financial Plan Presentation
Financial plan presentations map out the essential factors that play into your financial success such as your employee and employer contributions, liquidity events, and insurance coverage. Examining relevant financial information provides a holistic asset allocation analysis for your accounts helping ensure a comprehensive financial plan.
Step 4: Plan Implementation
This step focuses on creating prospective strategies custom designed for your specific needs. Recommended changes could include logistics, tax impact, asset allocation adjustments, and saving/benefit modifications.
Step 5: Ongoing Assessment
Finally, we will be constantly monitoring your assets and analyzing your performance tracking data seeking to ensure your financial expectations are being met and adjusting accordingly. We will maintain regular and consistent communication with you to ensure that your concerns and requests are promptly addressed.

About Jack S Levine
Jack Levine started his career as a financial advisor in 1993 in Savannah, GA with Dean Witter. Eight years later, he moved to Smith Barney, which merged with Morgan Stanley in 2009. Jack has also been a Certified Financial Planner™ since 2009 and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) since May 2024.
Originally from Syracuse, New York, he earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a master’s degree in sports management from Northeastern University.
