    Services I Provide
FINANCIAL PLANNING: Financial planning encompasses a personalized, lifelong roadmap based on analyzing your goals, risk tolerance, desired retirement income, and more. I create a written document comparing various scenarios that show yearly projections of your finances. You can count on me to understand both your unique needs and any special circumstances you may have.

WEALTH MANAGEMENT: Using the vast array of resources Morgan Stanley offers, including investment vehicles such as stocks and bonds, and state-of-the-art technology, I will work to help maximize your rate of return over the years. In conjunction with your social security, 401(k) and pension choices, you can be assured your portfolio will be uniquely yours.

RETIREMENT PLANNING: From IRAs to RMDs, I manage the complexities of your retirement plan assets, helping you easily transition to the next phase of your life with security and confidence. I also evaluate your pension and 401(k) options.

EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION: Given the intricacies of employee compensation, I will work with you to make sure you are making the most of your compensation. For example, if you have a 401(k) from a previous job, I make it easy to consolidate your assets into one IRA account so you can monitor your progress and results all in one place.

    My Tailored Process
    1. DISCOVERY AND ANALYSIS: We begin with an in-depth conversation about your financial concerns, needs, values and unique circumstances. My team and I will then work together to analyze the information gathered from our conversation to develop a personalized financial plan for you.

    2. EVALUATION OF SCENARIOS AND GOALS: In an effort to make sure your plan is able to withstand various circumstances of life, I run scenarios on your plan and plot out potential major life expenses you may make to ensure that you will have the necessary savings.

    3. PLAN PRESENTATION & IMPLEMENTATION: I evaluate your current financial picture, discuss with you how to optimize your plan, and create a roadmap to implement.

    4. ADDITIONAL AGE-BASED PLAN: In retirement, you may incur unexpected healthcare costs you did not originally plan for. To help you stay prepared, I will formulate an additional plan to show how future healthcare costs may impact your finances.

    5. ONGOING MONITORING: Since markets and personal needs evolve over time, I set up ongoing meetings to ensure your plan remains on track. You will also receive quarterly updates once your plan is monitored.

7Investing in the market entails the risk of market volatility. The value of all types of investments may increase or decrease over varying time periods. The returns on a portfolio consisting primarily of sustainable or impact investments may be lower or higher than a portfolio that is more diversified or where decisions are based solely on investment considerations. Because sustainability and impact criteria exclude some investments, investors may not be able to take advantage of the same opportunities or market trends as investors that do not use such criteria. Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss in a declining financial market.

10Investors should consider many factors before deciding which 529 plan is appropriate. Some of these factors include: the Plan's investment options and the historical investment performance of these options, the Plan's flexibility and features, the reputation and expertise of the Plan's investment manager, Plan contribution limits and the federal and state tax benefits associated with an investment in the Plan. Some states, for example, offer favorable tax treatment and other benefits to their residents only if they invest in the state's own Qualified Tuition Program. Investors should determine their home state's tax treatment of 529 plans when considering whether to choose an in-state or out-of-state plan. Investors should consult with their tax or legal advisor before investing in any 529 Plan or contact their state tax division for more information. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC does not provide tax and/or legal advice. 13An investment in an exchange-traded fund (ETF) involves risks similar to those of investing in a broadly based portfolio of equity securities traded on exchange in the relevant securities market, such as market fluctuations caused by such factors as economic and political developments, changes in interest rates and perceived trends in stock prices. The investment return and principal value of ETF investments will fluctuate, so that an investor’s ETF shares, if or when sold, may be worth more or less than the original cost.

Investors should carefully consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of an exchange-traded fund (ETF) before investing. The prospectus contains this and other information about the ETF. To obtain a prospectus, contact your Financial Advisor or visit the ETF company’s website. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing.
