My Story and Services

Leigh is committed to exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships. Her true passion is pushing those around her to set goals and align their actions for success. She has experience working directly with families to develop personalized strategies for asset management, retirement, and financial planning. Her team focuses on actively managed strategies that optimize tax efficiency and mitigate risk.

Leigh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from William Smith College. Through playing for the William Smith Field Hockey Team, she was connected with a fellow alumni and Heron Lacrosse player, Michelle Raymond, who would later become her business partner. She spent a semester in Ecuador and Peru in college, visiting the Galapagos Islands, Machu Picchu, and Lake Titicaca.

A native of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, she now resides in Geneva, NY. In her free time, she enjoys hosting dinner parties and landscaping. In 2022, she began pursuing becoming an Adirondack 46er, and she looks forward to hiking as many High Peaks as she can on weekends.

Meet My Team

About Michelle L. Raymond

Michelle began her career at Morgan Stanley in 2005 in the New York City Office. Her experience in Sales and Trading at Morgan Stanley Headquarters gives her a unique background that has shaped her practice. She returned to Geneva, NY, in 2014, where it all started with her college internship in the Smith Barney Geneva Office. Michelle’s passion is bringing excitement to long-term investment planning and guiding families to align their strategy with their goals. The team’s strategy is to implement actively managed strategies that optimize tax efficiency and mitigate risk.

Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from William Smith College. Michelle volunteered to teach English at the Linhai Foreign Languages School in the Zhejiang province of China. During her time in New York City, she also earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at New York’s Pace University.

A native of Auburn, NY, she resides in Geneva with her husband and three children. Michelle is a member of Hwa Rang Kwan New York, where she practices Taekwondo with her children. She began competing in tournaments to be a good role model, and her competitive nature has led her to a new goal of earning the crown of a Grand Master Champion. Her favorite weekend activities include: making crafts, going to Mr. Twistees for ice cream, meeting her parents at Doug’s Fish Fry, and cheering on the Hobart Lacrosse Team.
