Rafael has over 23 years of industry experience in financial markets. Rafael was managing director at Oppenheimer in Chile. He then joined Lehman Brothers in the US, working with wealth families and large institutions. He then joined Credit Suisse’s private bank, working there for 15 years, after which he came to Morgan Stanley International Wealth Management. Rafael holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Raul has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.

He joined Morgan Stanley in 2016 and has been recognized as a Forbes Best in State Advisor 2023, Forbes Best in State Advisor 2022, and previously as a Top Next Generation Advisor in 2020 and 2018, as well as a Forbes Best-in-State Next-Gen Advisor in 2019. Previously he worked at Credit Suisse’s private bank for 8 years.

She began her career in 1988 with Dresdner Bank (formerly Deutsch Suedamerikanische Bank), where she spent 15 years. She subsequently held roles at American Express Bank/Standard Chartered Bank for six years, HSBC for eight years, and Wells Fargo for three years. For the past five years, she has served as a Wealth Management Professional with Morgan Stanley.
Carolina specializes in wealth management, investment advisory, and customized financial strategies. She holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, as well as a Life Variable Annuity license in Florida. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and German, and is recognized for her professionalism, integrity, and dedication to helping clients meet their financial needs.

Maria has over 28 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. She started her career with ED & Man Investments and then spent the next 6 years with Prudential Securities working with one of the top brokerage teams.

She later joined UBS International for 8 years where she was responsible for Trading and Daily Operations of the Top Brokerage Team there that handled Private Clients and Institutional Clients.

Currently, She has been with Morgan Stanley since 2009 where she oversees relationships with High, Ultra High Net Worth and Institutional Clients from Latin America.

Maria is a very seasoned and experienced Investment Professional with exceptional understanding of wide range of Investments and Investment Planning. She has superb skills in relationships with some of the top clients of the firm.

Maria graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Florida State University. She also attained an Associate of Arts from University of Missouri: Columbia.

She current holds Series 7, Series 63 and 65 Licenses and Series 3. Maria is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Gabriela Lopez de Haro is a Wealth Management Associate and has been with the team since 2015. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and International Relations from Boston University and a Master’s Degree in Management from Universidad de Navarra in Spain. She holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
Gabriela focuses primarily on advisory and managed accounts, alternative investments, mutual funds, and preparing performance and asset allocation reports for Financial Advisors.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she worked at ABN-AMRO and Mercantil Commercebank in Private Banking and at Credit Suisse as an analyst.

Cristina Diaz joined Morgan Stanley as a Private Wealth Management Registered Associate in 2020. Her financial services experience began in 2004 at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. On 2006 she started working at Citigroup, in different locations such as Puerto Rico and Miami, Florida, providing Wealth Management services to High Net Worth clients, with a special focus in the US and Latin America. She gained investment experience while working various rolls (service assistant, VP Banking Advisor and VP Financial Advisor) for 13 years at Citigroup. She holds a B.A. in Finance from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Licenses: FINRA Series 7, FINRA Series 66, FINRA Series 11 and FL 2-15.

Saul Lola joined Morgan Stanley as a Registered Client Associate in 2025. He started his career at an Registered Investment Advisor office in 2021 and later moved to Raymond James Financial in 2023. He graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. Saul currently hold the 2-15 Florida Life, Health and Annuities License along with the Series 7 and Series 66 License.

Ibeth Moreno joined Morgan Stanley in 2020 as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate. She began her career at Wells Fargo Bank and Wells Fargo Advisors, where she held various positions over more than 15 years in the financial services industry.
Ibeth holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and is fluent in English and Spanish.
