Our conversation is focused on what’s important to you and your family, your financial goals, your values, and overall financial picture. This step enables me to get more insight into your situation and customize our relationship based on your needs providing the foundation for a productive, long-term relationship.
Plan Development
With the additional insight you provide, I develop the financial plan that outlines the actionable steps to put you in the best possible position to achieve your defined goals.
Implementation
Once we review the financial plan, it becomes the roadmap for your investment allocation. The investment recommendations are also based on our conversations, your risk profile, and time horizon. My goal is to make sure that clients understand why we are utilizing the chosen investments and provide any education they may have

Kristen Kaczmark’s Biography
Kristen Kaczmark is a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley in Santa Rosa, Calif. She has been in the financial services industry for more than 20 years, during which time she has firmly established a stellar reputation for integrity and professionalism. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she worked 17 years for Charles Schwab.
Deeply devoted to her clients, Kristen serves a broad range of investors, including high net worth individuals, business owners, and tech industry professionals. Regardless of their industry, many of her clients are successful, with a common goal of achieving financial freedom by having their assets work as hard as they do.
Kristen helps them achieve that goal by creating custom, highly diversified financial plans. She spends considerable time getting to know each client in great detail before making any specific recommendation. The investments she offers clients are best suited for their individual situation and those which she feels will best help them reach their financial goals.
Known for her passionate work ethic and strong desire to help others, Kristen places significant importance on forging relationships built on transparency and trust. In her free time, Kristen enjoys cooking, hiking and running as well as spending time at the beach with her Chocolate Lab, Rosie. Kristen holds a degree in Finance from the University of Maryland.

About Farbod Farman
Farbod Farman is an Associate Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in California.
Associate Private Bankers partner with Private Bankers and Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.
Farbod began his career in financial services in 2015, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 as an Associate Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate Banker at Citi Private Bank. He also served as a Brokerage Associate at Wells Fargo.
Farbod is a graduate of the Hawaii Pacific University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business, and Missouri State University – West Plains, where he received his Associate in Arts degree in General Studies. He lives in San Rafael, California with his spouse. Outside of the office, Farbod enjoys working out, playing video games, watching movies, spending time with his family, volunteering and traveling. Farbod played basketball in college in the US, and for the Iranian National Team and represented them in many international tournaments including Asian Championship Cup and the World Cup.
