Drawing on over 16 years of wealth management experience, Charles Natt works closely with affluent families and individuals to craft highly customized wealth management plans. Charles also plays a key role in the team’s business development efforts.

A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Charles joined Morgan Stanley in 2005. He had previously served as a Financial Advisor at Oppenheimer & Company for two years.

Charles graduated from the State University of New York in Albany with a degree in clinical psychology. He lives in Hoboken, New Jersey with his wife Karen, and two children, Ari and Isaac. He is an active member of his synagogue and the greater community.

Jack Topham works to create and implement comprehensive wealth management solutions for highly accomplished individuals and their families. In his free time, Jack volunteers with iMentor at a high school in the Bronx. iMentor matches students from lower-income neighborhoods with college-educated mentors to help them navigate their college journey. Drawing on more than three decades of wealth management experience Norine Strazza contributes to an outstanding overall client service experience. Norine’s responsibilities include facilitating the opening of accounts, wire transfers and ensuring the operational end of the business runs flawlessly.

Norine began her financial career at Dean Witter Reynolds in 1980 as a receptionist. She quickly advanced through roles as wire operator, syndicate assistant and manager of the ACAT department before assuming her current position.

Norine is very active in volunteering with various charities.

About Kevin Massa

Kevin Massa contributes to the team’s operational efforts, working to create an outstanding service experience for its clients. His responsibilities include the opening of accounts and handling of trades and transfers. Kevin joined Morgan Stanley in 2018 and has been a member of The Carrier Group since 2019.

Kevin graduated from Bryant University, where he was a four-year starter on the varsity lacrosse team and earned USILA First Team All-American honors. He stayed active in the sport, coaching youth lacrosse, and enjoys playing golf in his free time.

About Kate Hudson

Working closely with the team’s advisors, Kate Hudson focuses on the daily operations of The Carrier Group and contributes to the delivery of an outstanding overall client service experience. Kate’s primary responsibilities involve performance reporting, alternative investments, and domestic and international account opening and maintenance. She also plays a key role in developing the team’s print and digital marketing materials.

Prior to joining The Carrier Group in 2021, Kate spent two years working as an associate for Morgan Stanley’s Virtual Engagement desk. The experience she gained has proven to be instrumental in assisting the team’s clients with the use of the firm’s online and mobile platforms.

Kate was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina and currently lives in Manhattan. She received a dual bachelor’s degree in economics and Chinese from Washington and Lee University in 2019. Outside of work, Kate enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
