Mike has been dedicated to helping his clients plan and achieve their financial goals since 1983. With 42 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mike worked at Wells Fargo Advisors and its predecessor firms starting in 1999 before moving to Morgan Stanley in 2025. Mike's devotion and enthusiasm for financial service has earned him constructive recognition by Barron's Magazine, as they have previously invited him to be a speaker on the stage at their annual summit. In addition, Mike has been listed as a “Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisor” every year since 2020.

Mike and his team focus the advisory practice around the creation, management, and preservation of the wealth of their clients. The team utilizes a client-centric approach to assist in developing prudent, long-term investment portfolios that emphasize asset allocation and diversification. These carefully constructed portfolios are guided by continuous reviews to help adapt to various fluctuations and changes in the financial markets, aiming to help client investment needs. Mike's goal is to establish life-long client relationships that are built on a foundation of trust and client satisfaction.

As a 1982 Allegheny College graduate, Mike has earned a degree in economics. Mike is deeply involved in the Pittsburgh community, serving as an active member and former board member of Orchard Hill Church in Wexford, Pennsylvania. Mike has participated in several charitable fundraisers over the years. One of the most notable events is America's Most Beautiful Ride in Lake Tahoe, California. For 13 years, Mike cycled in the event for the Leukemia Society, for which he raised over $78,000.

About Joshua King

Josh joined Morgan Stanley in 2025, serving as the lead investment planning professional on the team. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Josh served as a Financial Consultant at Wells Fargo Advisors providing financial advice to High Net Worth families. Josh began his career in Wealth Management Industry in 2014 at Wells Fargo Advisors and later joined Merrill Lynch’s Financial Advisor Development Program in which Josh was able to refine his Financial Planning expertise.

Josh graduated from Liberty University in May 2016 with Cum Laude Honors, earning a bachelor's degree in Financial Planning. During his time at Liberty University, Josh was a member of their ice hockey team. Along with being a student-athlete, Josh was actively involved with his financial planning-related curriculum and attended the Kingdom Advisors Conference in Orlando, Florida.

Josh grew up in the North Pittsburgh area, and currently resides in Butler, PA. In his free time, Josh loves to spend time outdoors and is an avid sportsman. Josh is a lifetime member of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers and fills his weekends with family outings, hiking, hunting, hockey and being active members of Community Alliance Church in Butler. Josh’s greatest joy is his wife Alison, and two children, Bailey & Brooks.

About Peter Kazmierczak

Peter became part of the Morgan Stanley team in 2025. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Peter is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals with confidence and clarity.

Prior to Morgan Stanley, Peter worked as an Investment Advisor at Sandhill Investment Management, as well as a Senior Portfolio Manager at a large Registered Investment Advisory firm in the Western New York Area. In his role, he was responsible for spearheading the firm’s comprehensive financial planning capabilities alongside portfolio management for direct clients as well as OCIO clients. Peter also has experience working for a global asset management firm in New York City where he was the Product Specialist for two of the firm’s equity strategies. In this role, he partnered with both the Investment Team and the Distribution team to drive success in new business growth and the existing client base.

A graduate of Liberty University, Peter received his Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning in 2016 before earning his MBA in 2017. During his time at Liberty, Peter earned Academic All-American status while serving as the captain of Liberty’s college hockey team.

Outside of the office, Peter remains active in serving USA Hockey in WNY and has found a new passion for the practice of yoga. Peter currently resides in Amherst with his wife, Jessica, and their golden retriever, Fred.

About Jack Payne

Jack Payne is a vice president and financial planning director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in northern Ohio and western Pennsylvania. Jack is responsible for helping financial advisors with their clients’ and prospects’ comprehensive financial planning needs.

Jack began his career in financial services in 1986 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2025. Prior to his current position, Jack was a managing director with PNC Capital Markets LLC and has over 15 years of comprehensive financial planning and wealth management experience as well as experience in corporate treasury, commercial lending and investment banking, including work with closely controlled privately held organizations. Jack has a BS in Finance with an Economics minor from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Rochester. Jack is a chartered financial analyst and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®. Jack lives in Sewickley, PA, with his wife Kelly. Jack enjoys golf, skiing, open water swimming and plays trumpet.
