About Steven M. Licciardi
Growing up in a large family in New Jersey, Steve experienced firsthand the challenges and responsibilities that often accompany financial success. He also saw how, if not handled properly, specific events can have a dramatic impact on a family’s long-term financial wellness. When he learned how hard it was to assemble the right team of advisors to help, he decided he wanted to fill that role for others and ultimately sought a career in the banking industry. It was during this experience that Steve discovered his true passion and aptitude for investment management. A few years later, he joined Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager and has been a valuable member of the firm ever since.
Steve’s desire to help others is equaled only by his dedication to his community, his firm and his family. He is the President and former Treasurer of the Ohio Association of County Boards of Developmental Disabilities and is a current Board Member and past President of the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Steve is also on the Board of the Plexus Education Foundation and a member of University Hospitals Health System’s Diamond Advisory Group. At work, Steve is an active member of Morgan Stanley’s Northeast and Great Lakes Diversity Councils, as well as the firm’s Wealth Management Pride and Ally Focus Group.
Outside of the office, Steve enjoys time spent with his partner, Andrew, and his twin brother, Scott, who has Down Syndrome and lives close by. Running, shopping and dining out are among his favorite leisure activities. He also enjoys traveling and often visits family, friends and clients back on the east coast. A self-described “frustrated bartender,” Steve enjoys making drinks for others, discovering new recipes with interesting ingredients he finds on his many travels.
