Kevin is an Associate Vice President at Morgan Stanley, specializing in comprehensive wealth management for executives, particularly those in the tech & healthcare sector, and business owners navigating liquidity events. With a background rooted in finance and economics, Kevin's approach integrates strategic equity award planning and exit strategies to help clients achieve their financial objectives. Kevin has been named to Morgan Stanley’s prestigious Pacesetter’s Club for the past three years (2024, 2025, 2026)—an elite distinction reserved for the Firm’s top Financial Advisors.
Raised in a small town in Michigan, Kevin developed a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of community values. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Ave Maria University in Florida, earning degrees in Finance and Economics. Kevin holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designation, underscoring his expertise in guiding executives & business owners through complex transitions.
Beginning his career at UBS, he later joined Morgan Stanley to focus on a comprehensive wealth management process tailored to equity award planning & concentrated stock strategies.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Kevin resides in Vienna, VA and maintains an active lifestyle. He is an avid gym enthusiast and has completed multiple ultramarathons.

Step 1: Introductory Meeting & Assessment
Our relationship begins with an initial discussion aimed towards getting to know you, your lifestyle, and your future goals.
Step 2: Discovery Meeting
During the discovery meeting, we will work together to establish your financial goals by reviewing your current financial situation and developing an appropriate risk tolerance that can help you achieve the financial outcome you envision for yourself.
Step 3: Financial Plan Presentation
Financial plan presentations map out essential factors that play into your financial success such as your employee and employer contributions, liquidity events, and insurance coverage. Examining relevant financial information provides a holistic asset allocation analysis for your current accounts helping ensure a comprehensive financial plan.
Step 4: Action Items / Next Steps
After the financial plan presentation, I will follow up with you regarding my analysis and recommendations, which may include adjustments to your financial plan, investment allocation, company benefits, and insurance coverage.
Step 5: Implementation Meeting
The implementation meeting focuses on creating prospective strategies custom designed for your specific needs. Recommended changes could include logistics, tax impact, asset allocation adjustments, and saving/benefit modifications.
Step 6: Monitoring & Performance Tracking
Finally, I will be constantly monitoring your assets and analyzing your performance tracking data seeking to ensure your financial expectations are being met and adjusted accordingly. I will keep a high degree of communication with you to make sure your concerns and requests are always being addressed.

Martin Hunter is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Washington D.C. and Maryland.

Martin began his career in financial services in 2017 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2021 as a Credit Trader in Fixed Income. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo Capital Finance.
Martin is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he received a Bachelors in Economics. He lives in Washington D.C. Outside of the office, Martin enjoys running, fine dining, and volunteering his time to mentor college students aspiring to break into Wall Street.

Nexus Ikeda is a Planning Associate at Morgan Stanley providing dedicated financial planning support to Financial Advisors and their teams. Operating as an extension of the FA/Team, he collaborates with clients to discover and define the goals that matter most to them. Leveraging state of the art technology, he will evaluate various options and their potential outcomes to help clients confidently choose the appropriate course of action. Nexus provides expertise across a wide suite of Morgan Stanley planning tools designed to assist in the areas of investment accumulation, retirement, education, major purchase, cash flow, risk management, tax efficiency, and wealth transfer planning.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the NYU Stern School of Business and received the Financial Planning Specialist® designation from the College for Financial Planning. Nexus is originally from San Diego and currently resides in New York.

Mark Jansen is a Family Office Resources Generalist for Morgan Stanley’s Family Office Resources, covering the Southeast Region. In this capacity, Mark provides specialized expertise to Financial Advisors and their UHNW clients across a broad range of family wealth management issues including; family governance and wealth education, strategic estate and financial planning, philanthropy management and lifestyle advisory. Mark has over 30 years of experience advising wealthy families, business owners, and their children.
Most recently, Mark worked with New York Life in their Advanced Planning Group working with agents and their UHNW clients advising them on estate and legacy planning, business buy sell planning, and succession planning. Prior to New York Life, Mark held similar Advanced Planning Consulting roles in several National financial organizations. He originally started his career in the financial services industry in the tax department of the public accounting firm Grant Thornton. He is known for taking complex ideas and making them easy to understand. Frequently speaking to groups and individuals on estate and business planning, he brings a conversational style that helps to clarify the complex nature of these topics.
