My Story and Services

For more than four decades, Kevin has been working with successful families and offering thoughtful investment advice. His primary focus is, and has always been, to understand where you are, and where you want to be. Only then can he provide guidance to help solve for your desired outcomes. He and his team leverage the Morgan Stanley’s world class resources to offer sophisticated solutions to help simplify your life.

A graduate of both the McDonogh School and Washington & Lee University, Kevin is recognized by the Financial Planning Board of Standards as a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) awarded by the College of Financial Planning.

The son of a surgeon, Kevin’s understanding and appreciation of the healthcare industry has led to assignments which include Hospital Boards, Senior Living Facilities, and multiple Physician Practices. He and his team have built, monitored, and managed sophisticated investment pools for Foundations, Endowments, and Qualified Retirement Plans. His private wealth clients benefit from this institutional level knowledge and experience, which has served to strengthen his investment process.

Throughout his career, Kevin has been asked to assume a variety of leadership positions. He enjoyed leading Financial Advisors as Branch Manager for UBS in Hunt Valley and for Merrill Lynch in Westminster, Maryland. As a Complex Sales Manager for Merrill Lynch in Baltimore, Kevin was asked to train emerging advisors throughout Maryland, as the Path of Achievement Coach for the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Most importantly, Kevin has always had a passion for helping Clients navigate the ever-changing financial markets, plan for their retirement, invest for their children’s education, develop charitable gifting strategies, and establish estate plans to assure lasting legacies for their loved ones.

Kevin came to Morgan Stanley’s Hunt Valley office, during the spring of 2020, to reunite professionally with his wife Linda M. Bell, Financial Advisor. Outside the office, Kevin has been active in his community throughout his career. Kevin and Linda live in Reisterstown and enjoy spending time with their four adult children, as well as their dogs Cooper and Chewie.
