About Jenee Allen
Jenee Allen is a Business Service Officer on the Ohio Valley Complex Management Team at Morgan Stanley. With 28 years of financial services experience, she plays a vital leadership role across branch operations, helping shape the service culture and supporting both advisor and client success.
A graduate of Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering & Management Institute), Jenee went on to earn an associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Mount St. Joseph University before starting her financial services career in 1997 with Fidelity Investments. In 2004, she moved to Ultimus Fund Solutions, where she led teams, managed account services, and enforced compliance protocols. Afterward, Jenee spent several years leading operational teams as a Branch Support Associate Manager at Wells Fargo before joining Morgan Stanley in 2025.
In her current role, Jenee applies her wealth of experience in branch management, operations, and team development to help oversee day-to-day operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Working closely with branch leadership, she facilitates training, communication, and execution across service initiatives while mentoring team members and promoting a high-performance culture. A detail-oriented and conscientious leader, Jenee navigates complex operational environments with strategic leadership and hands-on support. She has earned numerous industry licenses and credentials, including the FINRA Series 4, 7, 9, 10, 63, 66, and SIE, as well as a Certification in Accounting from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
Outside of work, Jenee enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing cards, and going bowling. She brings the same energy and focus to her personal life that she does to her professional one — building strong relationships, leading with integrity, and always striving to support others.
