About Andy Hall

Drawing on nearly 20 years of experience, Andy Hall provides strategic investment advice and comprehensive wealth planning services to owners of privately held businesses, professional athletes and affluent families who face uniquely complex financial challenges. He focuses on understanding the unique needs of each client so he can construct a customized, tax-efficient portfolio within a comprehensive wealth management plan.

Previously, Andy spent nearly a decade with Morgan Stanley in New York City, providing investment advice to private equity firms and banks. He began his career as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch & Co.

Andy earned a B.A. in economics from Rice University. He attended Rice on a scholarship to play wide receiver on the football team and was twice selected by ESPN The Magazine to its Academic All-District Team.

He received his MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Andy is also an NFLPA Registered Institutional Player Financial Advisor.

Andy lives in his native Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three sons.

About Sorush Shawn Abboud

Drawing on more than 25 years of wealth planning and institutional investing experience, Mr. Abboud crafts highly customized wealth management plans for a select clientele of successful entrepreneurs, professional athletes and their families. Working at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Abboud and his team seek to help their clients preserve and prudently grow their assets, simplify their financial lives, and pursue their most important personal and professional goals.

After an internship at Paine Webber in 1999, Mr. Abboud earned his stripes as a Fixed Income Research Analyst and Trader for Goldman Sachs’ distressed credit and special situations unit in New York City. He then became Senior Analyst at the hedge fund Och-Ziff Capital prior to its IPO in 2007. In 2009, Mr. Abboud left Och-Ziff to join Fulcrum Capital as a Managing Principal to start the firm’s asset management practice, Fulcrum Credit Partners. Mr. Abboud spent five years at Fulcrum, including three years running their practice in Dubai, where he was responsible for managing a team focused on trading risk in Asia, the Middle East, North Africa and Eastern Europe. After the firm’s first fund created significant value for its investors, Mr. Abboud sold his stake in Fulcrum, retired from the firm and moved back to Austin, Texas, with his wife to start a family. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2015.

Mr. Abboud received his B.B.A. from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation and is a National Football League Player Association (NFLPA) Registered Institutional Player Financial Advisor.

About Morgan Lenamon

Serving as the lead analyst for the Kendall Square Group, Morgan Lenamon supports the team’s Advisors in creating and maintaining highly customized investment portfolios. Morgan has responsibilities pertaining to account inception, portfolio analysis and the analysis of alternative investments. Working with the team to help solve complex wealth management challenges, Morgan develops solutions to align client portfolios with their specific needs and goals. In addition to his professional duties, Morgan also sits on the board of the Jordan Lenamon Foundation.

Morgan joined The Kendall Square Group in 2021, after serving as a Member Service Representative at FedStar Credit Union. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Economics and an M.S. in Finance.

Born and raised in Pearland, Texas, Morgan now lives with his wife Mia, and their Golden Retriever in Manor, Texas.

About Jennifer Pitzer

Bringing more than a decade of experience to the team’s clients, Jenny Pitzer handles an extensive range of service requests promptly and accurately. Jenny often works directly with clients and supports the team’s Advisors in delivering an outstanding overall wealth management experience.

Prior to joining The Kendall Square Group in 2018, Jenny served as Morgan Stanley Branch Administrator for five years in Austin, Texas, then Joined Shawn to support the growth of the Kendall Square Group into it's current form. She joined the firm after graduating from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Communications and Spanish.

Jenny and her husband, Derek, live in Indianapolis with their newborn son. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, and watching sports.

About Lindsay Pinckney

Lindsay is a Client Relationship and Operations Manager with the Kendal Square Group.

Lindsay is a seasoned sports professional with a track record in driving impactful initiatives, enhancing organizational performance and boosting client experiences. Lindsay spent four seasons in the Baltimore Ravens Front Office learning the intricacies of the National Football League and its Clubs while overseeing the organization wide recruitment and onboarding processes and laying the framework of the diversity, equity and inclusion programs and initiatives. She’s also spent time at the nation’s top training facilities, playing a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of professional pre-draft, offseason and retirement programs for elite athletes across multiple sports leagues including the NFL, NBA, and WNBA.

Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Towson University and a Professional Certificate in Business Administration from Georgetown University. She is known for her strategic vision, strong relationship building and management skills, and her dedication to creating inclusive environments where her colleagues and clients can thrive.

Lindsay was born and raised in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area and now resides in Austin, Texas.

About Reagan McGinnis

Reagan McGinnis is principally responsible for the marketing efforts of The Kendall Square Group. Among her many responsibilities, Reagan oversees the team’s digital presence, creates marketing materials, and organizes events that engage a diverse group of clients and prospects in meaningful conversations.

Reagan joined The Kendall Square Group as an intern in 2022 and was promoted to her current position the following year. She graduated from Southern Methodist University with honors, earning a B.A. in Advertising with a focus on Strategic Brand Management. She minored in Health Sciences and Chinese, becoming fluent in Mandarin. While at SMU, Reagan co-founded The Détente Collective, a nonprofit corporation dedicated to fostering intellectual, vocational and personal growth through community outreach. She continues to serve on their board.

Reagan was born on the East coast, then raised and attended high school in Austin, Texas, where she now lives full time.

About Clint Eddy

Clint Eddy is an Executive Director with the Family Office Resources (FOR) team at Morgan Stanley. As a Generalist with FOR he helps clients and Advisors curate and navigate an expansive suite of highly specialized resources to address the complex, multifaceted challenges of managing significant wealth so clients may make complicated decisions confidently.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2022, Clint was a Wealth Strategist at Merrill Lynch for over 15 years. Clint also practiced tax and business law at the law firm of Fox Rothschild for over six years. He was a member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Tax and Corporate Transactions groups. Clint is a member of Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and is actively involved in the WSBA’s Real Property, Probate and Trust section. He is the co-author of the Washington Partnership and Limited Liability Company Deskbook and was named a “Rising Star” by Washington Law and Politics magazine.

Clint received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law, his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington. He is Series 7 and 66 licensed.

Outside of work Clint is an avid, but admittedly, pretty awful skier. He and his fiancé live in Seattle with their 10 year old Boston Terrier named Annie.
