My Story and Services

Kelly O’Toole partners with individuals and families to design financial strategies aligned with their lives, goals and values. Drawing on nearly two decades in the industry, he strives to provide clear perspective and keep clients focused on long-term objectives rather than day-to-day market headlines.

Kelly began his career in 2008 as a bank teller while attending Arizona State University. Experiencing the Global Financial Crisis firsthand shaped his belief that steady, objective guidance can make a meaningful difference during uncertain times. He earned his securities licenses in 2014, became a Financial Advisor in 2016 and, in 2026, joined Morgan Stanley to offer clients the depth of the firm’s resources and a collaborative, team-based service model.

Committed to lifelong learning, Kelly holds the FINRA Series 7, 6, 63 and 66 registrations and is licensed to offer life, health and variable insurance in California. Outside the office, he serves on the board of the Napa Golf Club league and enjoys travel, cooking and exploring California with his wife, Mackenzie, and their daughters, Harper and Blake.
