Who We Serve

Our team, The Allison Buxbaum Group, based out of Kirkland, Washington, works with a wide range of individuals and families across the country. People often turn to us for our experience, fiduciary role, disciplined approach, and holistic view of wealth planning. Some of the clients we work with are:

    Corporate Executives

Corporate executives have unique financial needs that require specialized attention. We understand that equity compensation, restricted stock units (RSUs), and other forms of corporate compensation can be complex to manage. We help guide you through the often overwhelming landscape of reporting requirements, insider-trading considerations, and more—while tailoring our approach to your specific goals.

    Multi-Generational Families

Multi-generational families often require sophisticated planning and customized advice to manage wealth effectively. We work with you to communicate values across generations and help set future generations up for success, while enabling you to live the life you envision. We take into account more than your balance sheet—we consider your full financial picture and craft strategies designed to help you reach your goals.

    Fortune 500 Company Employees

Many of the individuals and families we work with are affiliated with some of America's largest corporations. Working for a large organization can introduce company-specific benefits and planning considerations. We help you make the most of your compensation and benefits and integrate them into a broader financial strategy.

    Early-Stage Wealth Builders

Building wealth can feel complex and confusing, especially in the early stages. Many early-stage wealth builders come to us for guidance on planning for college expenses, supporting aging parents, maximizing workplace benefits, and building a meaningful long-term legacy.

    High-Income Professionals

Successful professionals often encounter unique financial complexities. Many of our clients seek guidance on how to manage significant income and wealth in a thoughtful, strategic way—while staying aligned with their long-term priorities.

    Entrepreneurs & Business Owners

Owning a business is personal. Business owners often face a wide range of needs, from succession planning and liquidity strategy to cash-flow optimization and long-term wealth and legacy planning. We are dedicated to guiding you through each stage of the business lifecycle.

Complex Needs Made Simple

Financial planning lies at the core of the wealth management process. Our team follows a disciplined approach designed to keep your plan aligned with what matters most to you. We:

  1. Establish a personal relationship to understand your goals, needs, and priorities
  2. Collaborate with your other professionals, including CPAs and attorneys, to develop a comprehensive financial plan
  3. Implement a strategy aligned with your personal and financial objectives
  4. Monitor progress and adapt as your life, the markets, and your circumstances evolve

Below are several core elements of my financial planning approach:

    Icon Image
    Intentionality

The wealth management process begins and ends with intentionality. As a fiduciary, I act in your best interest. We aim to make a complex wealth strategy simple, achievable, and even enjoyable—while keeping it focused on what you're trying to accomplish.

    Icon Image
    Disciplined Planning & Monitoring

Your wealth is not something I take lightly. We apply a disciplined process to every client relationship—one our team has refined through more than 100 years of combined industry experience. We believe trust must be earned. Every dollar we invest is tied to a purpose and a plan designed to support your long-term goals.

    Icon Image
    Diversified Approach

Relying solely on a traditional portfolio is not always sufficient. As a financial advisor, I leverage the full suite of Morgan Stanley resources to evaluate your needs and explore thoughtful, creative solutions. These may include alternative investment strategies, deconcentrating portfolios, and risk management—helping create a wealth plan designed to be resilient in both strong markets and periods of volatility.

    Icon Image
    A Multi-Generational View

Often, one of the most meaningful aspects of wealth management is transferring not only wealth, but also the values that created it. I focus on how you want your money to work for you today and how you envision its impact on your family, community, and future generations.
