Biography

Karen Harootenian is a helpful resource to each of her clients. They rely on her for financial advice and guidance in their pursuit of personal, financial and professional success.

Karen started her career earning her CPA (Certified Public Accountant)*(now non-practicing) license working with a vast number of businesses in the Bay Area. She continued her career working in various financial roles in the high-tech industry reviewing business entities throughout the U.S. and Worldwide. She has utilized her broad experience as an independent consultant for individuals and businesses. Karen started in the Financial Services industry in order to further meet the needs of her clients.

Karen earned her B.S. degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Karen was raised in San Francisco, CA. She now lives in Danville. She enjoys traveling and favorite locations include Denver and Brooklyn where her daughters reside.

Karen has focused her practice on those looking to consolidate their investments and get a better understanding of what they own and how it can best provide for their future. Women going through divorce and issues affecting everyone in losing a spouse or parent are particularly addressed.
