My Story and Services

My name is Joseph Bertoni, but I go by Joe. I began my career as a Financial Advisor at the height of the Great Recession in 2009. This experience has taught me that good advice can be truly life-changing. I strive to develop deep, lasting relationships with my clients to foster a level of mutual trust and respect, and I embrace the responsibility that my clients’ interests are ahead of my own.

I received my B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008, and I’m a Certified Financial Planner, as well as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor. My wife Beth and I live in Chicago’s northern suburbs, and when I’m not chasing our two young children, I enjoy biking, golf and being with friends and family.

Examining relevant financial information provides a holistic asset allocation analysis for your accounts, helping establish a comprehensive financial plan.

Important information about your relationship with your Financial Advisor and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC when using a Financial Planning tool.
