Once we determine the tolerance level, we will assess different strategies with clients and help achieve their goals without taking any unnecessary risk.

Custom Plan Made For You

I believe a strong financial plan is key to help clients reach their goals. Following a process helps ensure that we develop a coherent strategy that is focused on a defined desired result and aligns with your values.

This is essential in building a financial foundation for my clients and providing a direction in my work and client relationship as an advisor. It has served my clients well in my years of experience and will continue to be the backbone of my work as your advisor.

Understanding Your Compensation

Equity compensation can be a valuable part of your compensation, but as it accumulates over time - including in your 401(k) - it may become a disproportionate share of your total portfolio and net worth. This creates a lot of confusion and puts you in complex financial situations.

We work closely with executives and working professionals to develop strategies and help navigate these situations. Together, we will review your specific plan so you can fully grasp the specifics and nuances of your situation. This will help you articulate specific goals which allows me to develop a plan for your unique situation. We will then assess each of your options and project a variety of scenarios to help you make the best decisions for maximizing your valuable asset.
